  We had the best car buying experience ever with Whitley! She had our deal financed and done all over the phone. All we had to do is a test drive and sign our paperwork. THEN, apparently we missed 2 places we needed to sign for our trade. Whitley actually too the time to drive from Beaverton all the way to Gresham to come to us so we didn't have to make the long trip! Amazing group if people to work with!

  Got our Tahoe at Carr Chevrolet in 2017. The Manager "Brian L" was friendly and straight forward with our deal (I guess he does not work there anymore).
  We have been servicing our Chevy @ this dealership for 3 years and also our Subaru at "Carr Subaru" dealership for over 7 years. The people @ this service department especially Mike (pleasant to work with, kept me informed, and honest of the work), Fernando (friendly and knows his stuff), Tyler (Honest and do the service that needs to be done only) and Christian (like that he emails me with the work). At one time during my oil changed, they changed my light bulb without charging me labor which was a bonus. These people were amazing!!! I gave them Five Stars reviews.
  But in the past 1.5 years there are a couple of new people in the service department, which I will give them 3 stars because they are not quite up to par. One of my light was out, they told me there would be a charge for the labor? I could see if I pay for the bulb, they would do a complimentary change? These little things does not take very long...So I had my husband changed it at home.
  I do miss my previous service reps, they were the ones that make little things counts for us to come back.

  What an incredible place!!! I was searching for months to find the right vehicle. Carr Chevrolet had exactly what I wanted. It was listed online so I filled out the application without knowing what to expect being a first time buyer. I was called back within 10 minutes & asked to come look at it. They had the vehicle waiting out front for me when I got there. I worked with Sarah & she is amazing. She greeted me at the door & was super friendly & even made conversation with my 3 young boys who I brought with me. She made the buying process fast, simple & easy. They had a nice waiting room where my family was able to sit & eat some dinner while the final paperwork was being drawn up. This was way better than I would have expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. Carr chevrolet now has a customer for life in me. A++++!!!!!

  Really professional team over at Carr Chevrolet. There wasn't really any haggling and so far it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have had. Gene Panter gave me a really competitive quote on a Chevy Bolt lease in advanced, and held to that price when I went in to look at the vehicle (The monthly payments were $100 dollars less than some of their competitors). Leo Lopez was the dealer that I met with in person and he was very helpful and I never felt like I was being pushed through the process. He was very thorough and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

  Made an appointment online. Dropped car off on time with team that made me feel safe. I was given an estimate for 60 - 90 minutes for completion and a price a little higher than the coupon I brought in because I have more oil than the coupon covered. Car was ready to pick up in 50 minutes and it actually cost $2 less the the coupon amount because they found a better coupon. Great customer service. That's why this is my home dealer.
