So rude! Do not even bother calling them. I would give no stars if I could totally unprofessional.

I called them to get an estimate for a commercial project and got hung up on and after saying, "Hi" by the unprofessional person who answered the phone.

I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt called again and said, "Hi, I guess we got disconnected" and the response was a condescending, "can I HELP you?!"

My response was, "Yes Actually, no, I'll go ahead and call another company"

Their response? "you do that"

What?

What on earth did I do to you? What is so hard about doing your job?

It was one of the worst customer - service experiences I've ever had.

Go elsewhere.
