As long as it's not the one in St. Thomas Virgin Islands. The people there out in Smith Bay/Redhook area are very Pokey and have poor customer service skills.!
Booked a ride on Feb. 11th, 2017 for my husband and two daughters. We booked an hour long ride from 10:30-11:30 and told her when we booked that we had a flight later that day to make sure this time was ok. Long story short, she was not ready when we got there, and was very upset about a part missing for her car. Did not greet our kids or our family and acted like we were putting her out by being there. Proceeded to feed, water, and brush all of the horses while we waited. Left 45 minutes late. She cut the ride short- they only rode for 40 minutes but did not alter her price. I lived in the VI and understand island time, but her attitude, like she was doing us a favor, not apologetic at all for being so late, kind of put a damper on our last day. It also messed up our ferry schedule and we had to race to the airport. Would not recommend.
It's a compassionate place for both people and animals. A throw back in time to when things were simpler on the island with patient assistance for every rider.
