Licensed in Oregon. Carmen A. Cook was raised in a recreational resort town in Northern Minnesota, on the Lake of the Woods, bordering the Canadian border. She is grateful to have family in the States and Canada who were entrepreneurs in sales, business, and the building trades.
Carmen is an alumni of the University of Oregon and the University of North Dakota. She holds degrees in Environmental Science and Business. She has been fortunate to live on both sides of the Cascade Mountain range and experience the magic and wonders of Oregon that she has called home for twenty years.
Residing in Bend since 2002, Carmen has a great appreciation for the Central Oregon lifestyle and it's environment! She enjoys running, hiking, cross country skiing, has a great appreciation for the arts, and loves walking in nature!
Carmen has been a licensed full-time Broker in the state of Oregon since 1999 and has been expanding her knowledge and production levels ever since. She has a thorough knowledge of the market and the pulse of change and growth in Central Oregon. Especially in Deschutes County.....one of the fastest growing counties in the state.
