  Great Pizza, & the best garlic knots in the neighborhood. This was our first time ordering and it wont be our last. Thanks Guys we appreciate the great food & service.

  AVOID THIS PLACE !
  
  I've worked in the restaurant industry 42 years, I've been dining out almost as long.
  
  This is THE WORST Italian restaurant/pizzeria I've ever eaten in.
  
  I ordered dinners for delivery. They charged a delivery fee. Order arrives;...no utensils. I called; they said, "we only Give utensils if you ask for them." Well, Todd was my first time ordering,......how was I suppose to know they secret system to get 10¢ worth of plastic forks work my $50 order. The food was cold. The chicken for chicken parm was over cooked, has that "been in the fridge too long"taste. Pasta; overcooked. There was no care taken putting food in containers, or containers in bags. All of these places buy the same products from the same distributor. How can Carlo's be the only one to fail to put out am edible product. ?

  The manager there who can't speak English is a jerk. They screwed up a simple chicken cutlet hero and he won't make it right. He says he only takes the orders and doesn't make them so it's not his problem. Do you know what roasted f*king peppers look like? Do you know what mozzarella is? And then he has the nerve to argue with me and tell me that their website menu is not the same as their in-store menu. And that they don't follow what's on their website. Wtf?! Horrible management and cheap over priced food. Never again.

  We are moving to San Diego and wanted to visit one last time our favorite reataurants in Long Island, so of course Carlo's was a definite stop. As always, great food and wonderful service. Don't quite understand the reviews complaining about the service, we've never had an issue all these years, maybe it is us... :-) Had to have the artichoke hearts oreganata and my all time favorite grandma pizza. Yum! We will miss this place. Do you guys ship whole pies to California?

  Horrible customer service !!! Very rude. Even the manager was terrible. Will not be recommending. Do not waste your money pizza is not that good!

  Food is fantastic with large portions pricing is very reasonable. Service is excellent. Denise our waitress was great. We drive over 20 miles to visit this restaurant well worth the trip eat in or take out. I would highly recommend.
  Pizza or anything from kitchen I have not been disappointed with been here many times

  Don't waste your money! First several times we ate here it was pretty good. The last three times however it's got progressively worse. The staff is rude, the food cold, and the so called manager sat there arguing with me for 15 minutes about excuses rather than offering an apology or trying to fix the issues and take care of the guest. Worst service/management SAVE YOUR MONEY!
