  The atmosphere is nice, but the food is ok at best. The margaritas were terrible. And it's overpriced for the quality of food you get. I would not go back unless I just wanted chips and beer.

  We love Carlitos! The food is just absolutely excellent. And the service is impeccable. You must get the tostada! Yum yum yum!

  Really good margaritas and salsas, ask for the blackened salsa. Nice outdoor seating and service. Food is good but not og Mexican food

  First time coming here and absolutely LOVE IT we didn't want to leave. The drinks were amazing the food was Delicious. The live entertainment was great. It was a perfect date night out in. I had rated this as a moderate expense but that was before we got the billso inexpensive for all we drank and ate, true value for your dollar. When in town we will visit again.

  I had a wonderful dinner here with good friend from Italy. Our server and all the staff were above amazing. They were attentive with a great energetic 4 star attitude .ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FOOD! I had the scallops on top of crab enchiladas it was the best dish I have had in years! The flavors blended so well and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The entire vibe of this super chic laid back cantina is nothing short then fabulous on all levels. I strongly suggest you add this into your dining rotation immediately.

  Excellent food and drink! Really enjoyed the margs. Guac was great too. Had this chicken dish that was outrageous. Chicken poblano pepper. Yum!

  Nestled in on a corner on Upper State St, Carlitos has a lovely view of the Arlington Theater and a patio with Heat Lamps. The Interior lighting makes for a nice atmosphere and the staff are outstanding. The food is delicious as well. The only downside would be the borderline expensive prices.
