A wide assortment of specialty candies, clothing, seasonal items and general gifty things. Few locally made items, and expect to pay top dollar for anything you get, regardless of whether it was made here or in China.

I have had the opportunity to shop here on several occasions. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have a great variety of options for ready made gifts and always willing to do custom orders too. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

I almost never write a review, but I just had to leave feedback about my wonderful experience with this shop. Years ago (in the 80s), I frequented this shop when I worked in Concord. This week when I was looking for a special gift for someone at Catholic Medical Center, I looked to see if Caring Gifts delivered to Manchester. I was so happy to see they did. I phoned and was thrilled that Donna was still the owner and also the person who answered the phone. The gift I needed was particular since the person has several medical issues, and so food, fruit, flowers, and candy were not options. Donna took a great deal of time checking the shop for ideas and even called me back twice with recommendations. She directed me to websites of manufacturers where I could see the blanket and other items she had recommended (extremely helpful since I couldn't wrap my head around giving a gift I couldn't see). She suggested a gift box and gift wrap (free of charge) rather than a basket in my instance and said she would deliver it to CMC for $10! Yes, that is actually the rate listed on their site. All this happened around 10:30 or 11 AM. I was shocked to find out that the gifts arrived shortly after noon. Everything was perfect, and I was told the quality was outstanding. Rarely have I ever received this type of customer service. I wanted to put this review out because I think it is often so difficult to find items to be delivered that are not the norm, and Caring Gifts not only has a diverse selection of things but honestly the best service I think I have ever received by a retail establishment. I have heard a lot lately about reviews that come from people "connected" to the business, so I want to assure you this one comes from a genuinely happy customer :)
