Denis at Carfare was very wonderful. He did not rush me when we took my car for a test drive, this allowed me to get a really feel for the driving experience. The loan process and the purchasing exprience was first class. The dealership had my car up front for my test drive. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I absolutely love my car.

My experience with CarFare was amazing. It felt like a long three day process, but Denis made those days very easy to go through. He answered all of my questions and if he couldn't, then found someone who could. I test drove a couple of vehicles and when I found the one I wanted, Denis knew it too (just from the test drive). He then proceeded to make sure I had everything to get me into my new car. The team at CarFare is awesome. Thanks Denis, Clay and Paul. Love my new car!

I checked in (includes giving your phone and email) but I knew I wanted the night to think on anything as I didn’t want to make any rash decisions. I went to look at cars, test drove a couple, and found one that I liked. My salesman, Denis, assured me that no one would contact me and when I told him I wanted the night to think he asked me if he could call in the morning stating that he remembered when I first checked in I was hesitant to provide my number to anyone in a sales job. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that he asked if he could contact me SO much.

The vehicle I liked was new to the lot, but they were able to get it pushed to the front of the line and it was serviced and detailed within 48 hours. The entire process was quick and painless. I went back, test drove it again, completed the paperwork and was on my way.

Huge shoutout to everyone at Carfare by Hoover (200 Old Trolley Road) for making the process as simple and enjoyable as possible and never being pushy. Cannot speak highly enough about my salesman, Denis, for being so accommodating and going above and beyond to try to meet every one of my needs when it came to a new vehicle. Also thankful for the two managers, Paul & Clay, whom I spoke with prior to purchasing. I appreciate everything y’all did for me for the new vehicle and the great price y’all gave me for my trade in. Also thank you to Wayne, who made the least fun part (paperwork) so simple, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. Would absolutely buy a car from y’all again! Thank you!
