  Thunderbird location. The doctors are ok. The office staff rude but what I'm really upset about is their billing company. I always use my bill pay feature from my bank to pay my husbands bill. This time CVC returned my check to my bank with no attempt to cash it and no explanation. I thought this was strange but probably an error so I double checked the mailing address and account number in bill pay and resent the check. Two days later I get a letter threatening collections! Yes, on hot pink paper no less. My husband calls the number on the letter and is on hold for 3 hrs and 42 mins. (Don't ask) I finally convince him they are closed and to hang up. I called today explaining what happen (they refused my perfectly good check) and to please call me. No return call. If they refuse this one they will not get another and they will lost a patient.

  My father is very happy with this provider. As a caregiver, I am happy with how attentive they are and understanding of what I need to know to help my dad. I recommend them any day of the week!

  This place is the worst an appointment a couple of weeks ago waited two hours and 45 minutes past my appointment girl behind the desk said there's nothing she could do I could make another appointment if I wished but it would be a month. Made my second appointment for testing arrived early said that it was going to be hour and a half past my appointment because there was a problem with one of their pieces of equipment they said they called and left a voicemail but there was no voicemail verified phone number look that log calls no one called said I could either wait come back in an hour and a half or make another appointment another month away decided to stay heard them behind the counter laughing about another patient that they kept dropping the call and they had to keep calling back. Doctors assistant came to the counter they informed him there was a patient waiting on the line to speak with someone about her appointment he told them it wasn't his problem they needed to take care of it

  Honest, caring and professional care in a clean comfortable environment.
  
  Other than the fact that I had a hard time finding the entrance (go to the North side of the building, use the door that is farthest west) I was very pleased with my visit.
  
  I made an appointment with Dr. Okigawa after I was referred to a cardiologist by my primary care doctor because I was experiencing chest pains. Cardiovascular Consultants had new patient appointments available within a very reasonable time frame. All the forms I needed for the visit were available on their web site so I had time to fill them out in the comfort of my home and then just print them to bring with me.
  
  The staff was very pleasant and courteous the whole time I was there. The waiting room was large and comfortable. I was brought to the exam room BEFORE my appointment time and the Doctor entered shortly after.
  
  Dr Okigawa was very polite and professional. After reviewing my records, the tests done on site and records of off site tests he asked me some questions. He then told me what I needed to watch out for in the future and said he would not need to see me again unless I started having more problems. I felt very re-assured by what he told me and relieved that I had found a Doctor that wasn't pushing me to come back so he could bill my insurance for more visits. It's sad that I've come to expect that in doctors but I've encountered it far too often.
  
  I recommend Cardiovascular Consultants if you are looking for honest care in a clean, comfortable environment.
