They really do make the best grinders in this area! I've been eating their grinders since I moved here, 1976.
Was disappointed with the sloppy mess of a grinder I received. It was so mushy is went through three layers of the paper they use to wrap the grinders. It got on my lap from going through the paper. The meatballs are bland with little flavor. I could barely eat the thing.
Excellent food, extremely friendly atmosphere!
Unbelievable. Great value and sizes are awesome.
Good food good prices
First Visit.. Was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED By Litchfield PD and Several Others. All I Could Say Was; WHOA!! Definitely Worth The Trip. Talk about Value; Affordable, Quality, and You Definitely Get What You Pay For. Plenty Options for whatever You are craving, You Won't Be Disappointed.
Love the service and food!
Truly amazing, huge sandwich!
best grinders ever. huge sandwiches.
I've been going there all my life, I'm 62. The same great quality as always. The best grinders anywhere.
Biggest grinder ever. I will attempt. And probably fail a 12 inch.
If you've never eaten at Carbone's, there's some things you need to know:
First - No matter what you get, it's going to be delicious.
Second - There are daily soup and sandwich specials, so be sure to call ahead and ask about them.
Third - Everything is fresh. Always.
Fourth - If you get a "large", 12" grinder, large is an understatement. This grinder is made on a whole loaf of Italian bread, has so much meat and cheese, you can't get your mouth around it, and wrapped up can be mistaken by weight and size for a small child. Get the large if you want to eat for a week.
