  definitely wound not recommend this company. I had to call them back out due to air leak and strip on side of windshield was flapping in the wind. when he came out and finished the repair, he had used an excessive amount of black glue in right upper corner that the glue was caked on inside of windshield and all over inside interior. it not only continued to leak air but also started leaking water. he was rude and informed me if i had any more problems to call him and not LYNX warranty. he was more concerned about them calling him and him having to hang up with his bank to call me back. a week later, I called him to inform him it was still not fixed and I have yet to receive a call back from him. I am having to file a new claim to get my windshield done right.

  Terrible business. Called and tried setting an appointment 3 times, got sent to voicemail all 3 times. Left number, no one called me back. When I called back, spoke with someone who had a very nasty attitude. I work in the car business and will definitely NOT recommend this place for you

  There's never a good time to have a window busted out, but that's what happened to us on a Saturday evening. Looked at options to replace it on Sunday but there were few. This business was one of them, stating on here that they were open from 7am to 7pm on Sunday.
  
  I called three times on Sunday and texted once. Never did receive a response, even on Monday. Perhaps they are really busy right now or something, but having owned service based businesses in the past, you can at least take a moment to respond to a voicemail and/or a text to a customer inquiry.
  
  Thankfully, we did get a call back from someone who was more than willing to take care of our needs and did so quickly. In fact, the competitor called us back, quoted a price, arranged the work, arrived and completed the work in less time than Car Glass Express has had to return our first ignored voicemail.
  
  EDIT: Several weeks later they responded to me on here, admitting they don't answer their phones on a day that Google says they are open for business. To this day, this is the only response ever. They never ever gave us a call back at any point. Busy or not, it takes mere moments for a call or text back, but I appreciate the eventual response on here.

  Paid cash with good price. Came to my daughter’s job replaced the window as agreed. Put green tape on top edge of glass until window seal adhesive dried. Waited 72 hours and removed tape, the seal did not bond to the glass. Tried at least 10 times calling in an attempt to get them to fix the problem but could not contact them. Finally went to safelite and had it done right. Really amateur work and very bad service. Would not recommend them to the dead. Got my money and ran. STAY AWAY.

  I called these guys to get my windshield replaced and the service they provided was great. They are priced great and Jason has no problem answering any questions I asked. He made me feel comfortable. Extremely polite and as professional as they come. I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry.
