  This office has greatly declined over the last year. Because I refused to pay out of pocket for an advanced procedure not covered by insurance, they refused to clean my teeth (ADA recommends twice annually). They are hurting for money clearly that they're withholding services and trying to prorate visits. Previously they wanted me to pay over $100 out of pocket that they anticipated insurance wouldn't cover. I refused then too. They billed me for it!!!!! I found out later that I had a $0 balance because my teeth cleaning was in fact completely covered. Something fishy is happening here.
