I'm glad I found this place and purchased my BMW from here. After looking around in the area found the best deal here and the model I wanted.

Great experience. I was dreading having to buy a new car until I came to Capital City Auto and was greeted with the friendliest owners. They made me feel comfortable and were patient, helping me purchase exactly what I want (BMW 530i) . I recommend this car dealership to everyone. Ask for Mike or Karen!

Honest, flexible, non-pushy sales dealer who make buying your car a positive experience. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Though I didn't end up buying from them, I do know several people who have, and they have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Of course some of he cars will need work (especially if you're buying one for 3500), but as for running? The cars are perfect for a first time buyer. Nice little selection from older to relatively newer cars. When I went in, I ended up taking a few cars for a test drive, staff is very laid back but helpful, never felt like I had a staff memeber breathing down my back to buy a car. If you're a young first time buyer, I would definitely recommend checking these guys out.

I purchased a 2003 Volkswagen Passat a few months ago from Capital City Auto Sales. I was told that nothing was wrong or needed to be fixed. I realize buying a used car always involves some needed fixes.

The next day, the check engine light came on, indicating a vacuum leak and bad catalytic converters. There is no way that the dealer hadn't been aware of the check engine light, having obviously simply reset the computer.

They refused to do anything to rectify the situation or offer any concession. Salesperson became violently irate when I said that the must have known about the CEL and lied about it.
