  Found large area rugs up to 10 by 14 here. Prices are not terrible. 9 by 12 around 1,000 to 2,000 average. Quality rugs

  Really disappointing. The customer service is horrible. My wife came and found a few rugs to purchase and I came to see them and buy, that's why we err there. The owners more interested in staying in her seat and talking.
  
  Really a shame, they lost me as a customer. I will spend my money elsewhere.

  Great,place for area rugs. The have huge selections of hand tied and machine made rugs at very reasonable prices.

  I've been looking everywhere for a rug an Capel saved me, great selection, wish I had gone there first and saved myself time and effort. I thought the people there were very helpful without hovering or being pushy.

  I went into the store to get rugs for my renewly renovated kitchen/laundry. I had samples of colors, floor plan etc. The sales lady gave me various suggestions and options to take home and try. She "gently encouraged"me to take a rug that I clearly didn't like. Well - she was right. It was perfect! They certaily know their stuff. I was disappointed with the attention I received. The sales associate kept going from me to various other customers and at one time I waited over 20 min for her to come back to me. When I started working with her I was the only customer she had - so jumping from customer to customer was disapointing. When it came time to check out some rugs she couldn't even remember which ones I was interested in. Will I go back - yes because they have a great selection - but it will be on a week day when they are not as crowded and can take the time to work with me.
