I was initially in contact with a representative through email about requesting a sample. The last message was sent by me with all of our shipping information and left with no response on whether the sample was sent off or when we could expect it. It wasn't until I called two weeks later I was able to get ahold of someone to help me with the sample. I was finally able to get the sample we had requested initially.
Once I worked out my APO Shipping issues it was all good. My customer service agent was great. Responsive and helpful. I think it was Shanna. Much appreciated. Will definitely order again.
Did not use my reseller certificate and charged me tax.. fixed that issue thanks to the review but then said there shipment arrived late so only shipped half what I ordered and said the other half will ship this week. I needed them this week that's why I ordered them last week.
This team is great. I love Robin as my customer rep. She is very communicative and lays out options. They made a mistake in our last order and she contacted me right away. The quality of the products is excellent but the stand out thing is the customer service.
Great selection of products, customer service is through the roof! I had some hats ordered that were in back order and they made sure that I knew as soon as they came into their warehouse and the second they were on there way to me. Pricing is the best I've found for bulk orders and from order to my door is very fast. Will only use cap wholesalers for my business
