I was charged with domestic violence for getting into an argument with my significant other. Neither of us wanted to press charges against the other but the Gilbert AZ police department didn't care. I did a few consultations with attorneys in Gilbert and decided to go with one. They didn't have the best presentation skills and weren't the most polished during my consultation but I could tell they were honest and cared about getting me a good outcome. They were more expensive than all the others I talked to. I am glad I choose them. My domestic violence charge was dismissed (it never should have been charged as domestic violence).

I have always respected and financially supported the local police departments in whatever city I have lived until now. I am so disgusted with the Gilbert Arizona police department. I was pulled over on suspicion of DUI (I have never had a drink or used drugs in my life) after I passed the field sobriety test and breathalyzer test, the Gilbert policy officer began searching my car. They found a firearm (9mm pistol) and I was arrested for possession of a firearm. I can legally carry a weapon and have no restrictions to prevent me from otherwise being able to do so. I argued and argued and nothing, they didn't care. At first, I thought that maybe they had mistaken my identity with someone who wasn't allowed to have a gun. I couldn't believe this was happening. I couldn't believe I was having to hire a criminal defense lawyer for a crime that I didn't do, a crime or law that never took place. I am sure you can guess what happened... My case was dismissed. You think because you obey the law that you will never need to hire an attorney to defend you in court, think again. It happened to me. I was impressed with the way my lawyer and his legal team handled my case and I would refer them to anyone!

I was wrongfully accused of domestic violence by my now ex. The Gilbert police wouldn’t listen to my side of what actually happened. They are not the cheapest law service but then who wants a cheap lawyer representing them in court when so much is at stake? I’ve thought how can this process be fair if you can hire a better attorney and get a better result? Believe me, IF you want a better outcome.. You need a better lawyer! Get a better lawyer. From having another attorney originally work on my case I can tell you that Dana, Thomas and Bob are the best lawyers I've seen and the best bang for the buck. There is a reason why when cops get in trouble they use these lawyers. After months my case as dismissed and I was vindicated.

In December of last year I hit a parked Gilbert police car and was then arrested for DUI. I was scared for my life. I am a single mother and couldn’t spend time in jail without serious complications. I was sure that I was going to do jail time. I thought someone had spiked my drink with something. We spent a lot of time and money getting results from the Gilbert police and also from past blood work from my doctor and he found a way to keep me out of jail. I was more than double the limit, but the charge was reduced and I was able to get me license back in half the time from what I was reading online. I am so so so glad that I hired Mr. Hogle. If you are in trouble I would recommend his services to you!

I needed Mr. Hogle when I had a DUI recently. Unlike other attorneys I talked to, he told me that he wouldn't tell me his strategy until he had gotten all the police reports and results of the breathalyzer and examined everything in detail. Oh, and he got videos from the police car because they showed me doing to different tests before I was arrested and the time before and during the breathalyzer. He made me feel better by telling me that unless he told me otherwise, I didn't have to say anything when we went to court, that he did the talking for me. After he got all the materials from the Gilbert police department, and watched the videos, he said that I had passed the balance tests and the other things when the cops first got me out of the car. Then he found problems with the breathalyzer process. We had a hearing and he made the Gilbert cops look bad because they testified about what my results were and what I said and did, but they hadn't made any notes right at the time or soon after. At least they said they didn't. After the hearing, the prosecutor offered a deal and he then sat me down and explained all my options. I did take a plea to a reckless driving charge, but only once I was convinced it was the right thing for me. I hope to God I'm never get in trouble again, but if I am I'm calling him the second the cops let me.
