  Great customer service and outstanding help! Dino went out of his way to help me with my package. Thank you Dino! This is now my go to spot, considering it is out of the way of major rush hour routes! A small shop, with a home feel and everything you need to ship your item. If you want to skip the bad service and long lines at the US Post Office, give Canyon Creek Postal a try. You won't regret it!

  Just went by last week to mail a very important package with sentimental value to our family out in Atlanta. Super convenient location, right next door to II Creeks Plaza, so was able to get in a lunch date with hubby, some shopping, and then pop around the corner to mail out my package. Surprised to see ownership has changed. Dino is the new owner, just took over about a week ago. Service was exceptional! Dino is incredibly personable, goes above and beyond, extremely service oriented with very obvious high professional standards. He knows what he is doing, is efficient, and somehow when you leave the store you feel like you made a new friend! Anyway, I digress. From a store/business standpoint, he offers a multitude of shipping services from multiple vendors, in addition turns out he has notary services and useful office supplies. Truly convenient, professional and friendly. Canyon Creek Postal definitely a great example of small business excellence. Efficiency of the big chains, but with the warmth and personality of "mom and pop".

  The new owner is super friendly, understanding and most of all very helpful. The place is a one stop shop for any necessary supplies needed which is very convenient for someone like me who does a lot of online sales! I would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much for the great service

  New owner. Excellent customer service. Convenient shipping services. Not only do they have USPS, but also Fedex and DHL services. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to pick up office supplies there as well. And also was able to get my documents notarized. Has all sorts of services including: mailboxes, shipping supplies, notary, moving supplies, key making, printing. Nice to know such a convenient place exists in our neighborhood. A true one stop shop!

  I used this place when I was moving and had an overall fair experience. The prices are extremely high. However, once we bought our house and no longer used them, they no longer forwarded or contacted us about receiving forwarded mail even though they said they are required to continue forwarding for six months. Many important documents were not forwarded to us and caused several problems. You cannot forward mail from a post office box.

  Will never use this place again. Prices were way too high and the lady was very rude. She kept sighing as if I was make her work too hard. It was one little box. If you don't like your job, find another one. I gave it one star because it would let me give it zero.

  Very near by to Royal Arms apartment in Custer pkwy. Customer service was really good. I shipped like 2 packages through USPS. I forgot to enter the building number in my package, they went out of the way to make sure that the package reaches me. Really helpful. Would recommend it.

  As a small business owner in the Dallas area, I have used many of these "Mailboxes, Etc." type businesses over the last 15 years. Many have changed ownership (including this one) and many have closed their doors for good. I have been doing business the Canyon Creek Postal through 3 owners now, including the current one. None of them however, have shown the excellence in customer service and integrity that I have experienced with the current ownership at Canyon Creek Postal.
  
  I challenge anyone reading this to find a shipping and mailbox location with ownership that truly cares about their customers and their business more than Canyon Creek Postal. If you need shipping, packaging, mail delivery or a multitude of outside-the-box business solutions, visit Canyon Creek Postal. It's nearly impossible these days to find small business partners you can trust and will treat you the way you wish to be treated. You'll find both here.

  I love this place. I own a small business around the corner from here and use their services all the time. Phoebe is the owner and her husband owns a barber shop next door. They are some of the nicest people around. Thank you for the great customer service and for treating me like a friend and not just a customer.
