A ok movie theater if you don't want to travel to Zaneville and stay local, teenagers can be annoying at times.

wanted to leave zero stars.. we just got home from watching most of the 10pm showing of Thor.. the sound went out about 10 minutes before it ended (the beginning of the final fight scene) went out to the lobby to have someone fix it, but nobody was there.. I yelled and pounded on the counters.. still nothing.. i left them a voicemail and a note.. also took a little video tour of the experience.. when we were walking out a car full of people happened to showed up after the movie was over.. it was I believe 2 of the workers and what looked like some of their family members.. I stood by the car until they got out.. the guy asked if I needed anything and I told him the whole situation.. he offered to replay the last bit that we missed.. I said no.. then he offered me 2 inconvenience passes after he told his "manager" who he was on the phone with to hurry up and just make up 2 passes.. he told me how the manager was upstairs doing paperwork the whole time.. heard someone yelling hello, got scared and called him to come in.. the manager never came down and apologized.. was there a manager really upstairs? were the workers that showed up after the movie was over suppose to be there? did they leave and show back up after the last movie was over to clean up? I will be making a phone call to the GM or even their corporate offices tomorrow

Power grid failed for approximately 5 seconds which caused their entire system to reboot. They were able to get all movies playing again with the exception of our movie. The staff was reluctant to give us a refund because our movie had already been started (we were 10 minutes into the movie). After the entire audience threw a fit, we were given free movie passes instead of our cash back.

This is a small town theater and should be supported seeing how this is the only family friendly entertainment in Guernsey County. Yes, sometimes the theater doesn't get every single movie released. This is due to it only having 7 screens and a policy that makes them keep a movie for atleast 2 weeks at a time. They now have $5 Tuesdays and their loyalty program is very rewarding. You will save a few dollars on tickets and concession items compared to Zanesville or St. Clairsville. The staff is always friendly and they do their best to make your visit a positive one and give you that small town feel.

Great time watching IT with my daughter and listening to her and all the young girls scream. Fun times.

Let's just say Colony Square Mall movie theater will be getting all of our business from now on. It's worth the drive. I will never spend another cent at Cambridge Premiere Theater.😠

The seats in this theater are quite comfortable and have the arm rests that can be raised or lowered. I like putting the arm rest up between us so we can hold hands without the arm rest making it awkward. The picture and sound are good.

There are seven theaters and I find that the doors are poorly marked as to which theater is which and the hall is extremely dark.

The one thing that I don't care for about this theater is that there are no early afternoon showings during the week. Being that we are retired, we prefer to attend a movie early in the afternoon especially since we don't like driving when it is dark outside. My option is either wait for the weekend, or drive to Zanesville or Saint Clairsville where they do have daily afternoon showings.

Prices are very good on the tickets. I prefer this theater because parking is close and it is very comfortable.

Screens are a little small, but other than that staff is extremely nice, good priced movies, consessions are always good. Prices seem cheaper than other movie theatres. Good parking.

It is a small theater and not a lot of showtimes available but you can't beat the price! It is comfortable enough to enjoy a movie with some moderately priced snacks. I would definitely rather go here and watch a movie and have a tub of popcorn and spend half as much as I would driving to Zanesville or St. Clairsville just for the ticket prices - not including the price of the concessions at the bigger theaters. Staff is very friendly.

Kids wanted to play a hunting game. The gun doesn't work until you are touching the glass. The manager on duty refused to give refund after demonstrating that it works, very marginally, only when touching the glass. This is ridiculous to have these machines in such disrepair. If another company owns the machines they should be placed into the parking lot until repaired. DO NOT OFFER AN EXPERIENCE AND REFUSE TO REFUND WHEN NOT DELIVERED.

I've been to a lot of movie theaters and the only good thing might be the price of admission. The seating is at best the worst coach seating on an airline. There is no leg room for larger individuals and certainly no padding. The soundproofing is bad too as I could hear the lobby phones ringing from well inside the theater. My advise, travel west about 45 minutes to the Cinemark in Zanesville. The price is 7.50, but you have all the creature comforts a person would expect from a top-notch theater in the big city.
