Horrible place. We had damage from Hurricane Irma and they said too bad. No info after the hurricane for 4 weeks. It’s not THEIR problem. Don’t ever use this place run in the opposite direction. It’s better to use Rose Marina. And when I said I was going to give them a bad rating they said we don’t care we have a lot of those. As if they were proud of it. What a sick way to do business. Don’t ever come here. They don’t want your business

Gateway to the 10,000 Islands, Cape Romano and the Dome Home. This is one of the most beautiful places to boat. We say a lot of jumping stingrays, dolphins and huge schools of small fish jumping. Caution to keep an eye out to the many many shallow areas and low tide when pulling up to one of the 10,000 beaches. Many are back on a 300ft shelf, so that when the tide goes out, you find your boat surrounded by hundreds of feet of dry sand :-D

Very Expensive marine outboard service at this Marina. I recently had my Yamaha 150 H.P. / 4 stroke outboard motor serviced at this facility after breaking down (Overheating) inside Coon Key Pass over the weekend with a stuck or clogged thermostat.

My verbal Repair (Service) Estimate to service the cooling system and annual Yamaha scheduled maintenance (tuneup & oil change) went from 900.00 dollars to 1,280.00 dollars overnight. I was very surprised.

Also, when I broke down, the "Ship's Store" employee told me that I would have NO Haulout fees if I used their onsite contract repair facility. A haulout fee of (110.00 dollars) was also itemized on my bill.

I will definitely trailer my boat to another land-based Yamaha Service Specialist in the future!

I make 1-3 trips a year kayaking and camping to 10,000 islands. This is always a convenient, secure, and friendly place to launch and leave my vehicle. Always excellent and friendly service.

My uncle in law's boat is parked here so while we were visiting we decided to go out for a day. Super quick to get it prepped for the water and plenty of area to roam around for the two kiddos to keep them occupied while it was being setup. After, easy to get back up to be cleaned and the staff was super friendly.

We rented a boat from them for the day and had a great time. Everyone there was really nice. Renting a boat from them was very easy and we will continue to rent from them in the future.
