i am staying here since 6 months. lots of roaches. paste control comes on request but u can do nothing with the roaches. location and other services are good. only problem is uncontrolled cockroaches

Of late, there has been a lot of disturbance and safety issues in this community. Taking an evening troll inside the community has become very scary. People can be found shouting and screaming in different buildings causing an insecure atmosphere. Better stay away and be safe !!
Only reason I am giving One star is for the few maintenance guys who are really well behaved and would help you at need. Or else this community is better to be avoided at all cost.

in what unit doe. s the crazy man in 7376 reside? i just moved into this building and would like to resolve. i have a hutch. 05/01/2017: this place sucks! i hate living here for over $1000 a month. worth about $650.00 at best. (adding Sep. 29) God Bless this spastic asshole that lives beneath!

We moved to the complex in November 2016, the proximity and location to nearby stores and bike trails were a huge benefactor. When we conducted our move in inspection we noted ROACHES and had asked to be kept on their pest control list. We had more roaches of every size and variety every single day. I have print outs of all work orders emails and requests photos of roaches on the walls and getting into our food and the issue had never been resolved and though the staff has always been kind and accommodating in other aspects they were not willing to work on a discount or come to an agreement to let us out of our lease. Per TX state law if the issue is Not remedied within 6 months the renters are entitled to backing out of their contract without retaliation. We have contacted an attorney and we have moved out at this point but are told nothing can be done and they will not let us out of our lease we have until October 2017 and are dumping money to a disgusting environment which we are no longer physically living at. Attorney fees unfortunately may not be worth the trouble so they force you to pay. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau as the living conditions and pest control which we pay monthly is a joke and inhabitable. We have spent money out of our pocket thrown food away and pest control skipped weeks and claimed they came when I had worked from home and no one entered and left a little blue card on the door frame clip. Do not rent in building 7378, roaches are in the walls and nothing kills them we had to pack our apartment before our wedding for them to supposedly bomb which I am skeptical ever happened because we continued to have roaches. We are holding on to the keys until the day our lease ends because we are still paying, they also tried to have us hand our keys in if we were to leave and still continue to payhell no!

The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not 1 is because everyone has been "nice" but caring about the health of their residents and working to come to an agreement is like pulling teeth. Let us out of our lease, attempt to fix the issue while the space is vacant and then lease to another customer and get your money from them rather milk a current resident. Not all that difficult maybe your ratings would go up if you worked with people more. But what do I know about customer service.

Lived here for two year due to the prominity to work and had very few problems

Pros:
*Great location. You're close to Kroger/Target/New Whole Foods/Panera Breadthere's a lot to like about the location
*I lived in building 200, and it was very quiet. No loud or annoying neighbors or kids running around everywhere
*Maintenance requests were answered the next day
*No car break in's or any other security issues while here

Cons:
*Parking sucks. If you're not home by 7pm or have to leave anytime after 10pm you're going to park somewhere that isn't close to your apartment. You do have the option for reserved spaces though for $30 each.
*While there I only had three roaches enter my apartment and I was on the 1st floor, so that's good for being there for two years. I did also have two mice and two different ant colonies though so what I'm saying is that the pest control could be a lot better
*You will hear your neighbors stomping the yard above you if you live on the first or second floors in a three story building

*Not really a pro or con, and I had no negative issues with the people who live here, but if you're not Indian, you will be the minority. Again though, I had zero issues with anyone here, it's just something that is very obvious when you move here and if that bothers you be aware of it.

*Really the only reason I left is because I needed two bedrooms versus the one bedroom I had, and I found a better deal on three bedroom apartment versus what they were asking ($1400) for there renovated two bedroom. Be interested if you like convenience of location, dont mind paying extra for that said convenience, especially in a newer unit, and have no racial qualms with indians.

Worst Customer Service ever, while you sign the lease they will treat you like anything, once you are a member..then doneLiterally they don't care your needs at all, My experience with them, Initially went for a printout, Low cartridge, informed them, they said next week, and then I took printout outside, again went for urgent document printout, surprisingly they didn't ordered new cartridge, same thing went out and took prints, again approx after 50 days, same thing they didn't replaced, by that time they were telling "we will order next week" to another person who reported the same, don't know which planet they came from, they don't care about some Important things which are time sensitive, and they advised me to takeout the cartridge and shake it and replace so that It will give correct printout, "THIS PLACE IS A CRAZY PLACE, DO NOT DARE TO SIGN THE LEASE"

The scanning machine will not work either, I went to scan a document which is time sensitive, and noticed that scanner not working at all, It will scan but you cannot send anything to your email, I noticed there are plenty of previous scans which are waiting for connection and failed, those are like 3-4 months old, which proves that how quickly (pending since months) they resolve.

You can see the systems which they provided, none of them are safe to use, all the websites blocked, you can search google, once you get google results, done you can't go further ..

"LITERALLY I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL"
I WISH THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO GIVE NEGATIVE RATING ALSO like -5 (MINUS 5)

DO NOT move here!!!!! My mother has lived here going on 2 years and since December the office team has been horrible. Her apartment is spotless and she has had a problem with roaches. She has asked to have pest control come every week and they never show up. The management is crap. There are better places to live. This is not one of them.

Great location but not well maintained. Place is overcrowded with cheap Indian community. The ones who live here are very noisy and have no respect. I do not recommend this place one bit. They don't even have laundry for each building.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN!
terrible/useless staff! beware of a crazy man living in 7376. he is always drunk and harassing people outside at night. his TV is extremely loud. the staff did not care even though they have "zero tolerance" against being intoxicated outside your home and "quiet" hours.
this is not a place to call home. living in a dumpster would be better!

My family had a wonderful experience here at Calloway! The management is extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful, I particularly enjoyed the assistance of Kimberly and Samantha at the main office. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to help, and they cared for us as people not just as clients. Anytime I had a question or request, the management was always willing to take out time and listen to me, always bearing a smile.

Additionally, I feel like maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly. After I filled in an online request, the maintenance staff was at my apartment within 24 hours.

It's a pleasant place, A safe feeling environment, and management goes above and beyond. I would recommend this place to others. (I do just wish they got a security gate that closes!).
