  I recently put new wood floors into our bedrooms. Dave and the rest of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The installers were top-notch and did fabulous work on our floors, they worked efficiently and also seemed to be perfectionists. The work was done on time and all at once. They didn't have to come back to fix anything later. It has been a few weeks since they completed the work, and we are so happy with them and have not had any problems. I am very thankful for their work and recommend this store.

  We very rarely write reviews, but we had such a super positive experience with California Flooring and Design, and in particular with our Flooring Designer, Brittney, that we decided to post this. We think we got a good product at a great price, and the customer focused experience we received from Brittney was just exceptional.
  
  We are new to the area and visited several other flooring showrooms, and we do not have anything bad to say about any of them. But, from the moment we entered the California Flooring and Design showroom and met Brittney, we were impressed. We were looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring, but were not sure of exactly what it was we wanted. Brittney asked insightful questions, made helpful suggestions, and just worked hard to help guide us to our purchase decision. She obviously knows a great deal about the flooring products, and used that knowledge to make sure that we were satisfied.
  
  She knew from the beginning that we planned to install the floor ourselves, so that our transaction would just be for the product and not include installation. Even so, she made us feel like very valued customers. At no time did we feel any pressure from her toward a particular product or to close a sale quickly. In fact, it took us several weeks to make up our minds, and Brittney was patient and always friendly and welcoming throughout the process.
  
  We highly recommend California Flooring and Design and Brittney to family and friends, and would not hesitate to return for any future flooring needs.

  CFD is now our family’s true Go Too Company for ALL our flooring needs!!! Our shopping for new vinyl flooring was becoming a very tiring task then we walk into CFD and meet Joe! Our long tireless journey takes a Dramatic turn. Joe is AMAZING!!! I know customer service, it’s my specialty so I recognize Great Customer Service and Great People when I come across them.
  Without question, Joe has it!!! He knows what to give his customers without hovering and being aggressive in selling his company or products.
  Go please and see for yourselves and you will notice a very, very different experience and be pleasantly surprised and get the answer to your flooring needs!
  Our floors are Amazing and we SAVED lots of $$’s

  I remodeled my whole house. I bought very good engineer wood from Ray, the owner. Because my other personal matters the floor was installed 7+ months later. After the floor was finished there're 10 boxes of wood left. I was worried because of the lapse of time I may not get refund. I talked to Ray and explained to him the situation. He listened and graciously accept my return and refunded me accordingly. Ray is cool. The whole team will do the best for their clients.
