  Recent engagement for gutter cleaning and new filter installation was impeccable in all of the qualities mentioned above. Also included was a metal tile roof tune up....again, unquestionable quality. The main source of this overall first class project was Brian Korens' attitude, tech skills, and people skills. He made it a positive event and an end to end successful and enjoyable project supported by professional administrative business help and planning from Tom Sparling....Thanks!

  Out of several companies that bid on repairing my roof leak, Brian Korens of Cal-Pac Roofing was the only one who had a clue. All of the other estimators were like, "well, we can't tell exactly what the problem is, but we'll do ___ and see if that fixes it." Brian was like, "oh, yeah, I've seen this a few times before, here's what's going on." Cal-Pac's bid was much higher than the other companies, but I thought it was worth it to get someone who knew what they were doing — and I wasn't disappointed.
  
  To be clear, Cal-Pac didn't show up with the impressive company-liveried truck or the uniformed workers or the fancy glossy brochures. It's clearly a smaller operation — and we all know, those can only stay in business by being really good. Brian and his helper worked on my house for eight full days, fixing the leak, replacing the gutters, replacing some rotted beams, and fixing up all of the other problems that I hadn't even noticed yet. They did an awesome job.

  It was a real pleasure working with Tom and his crew. Tom was with us from the beginning of the project to the end always quick to answer calls or e-mails and answer any questions we had. The crew worked well in taking off and putting on the new roof. There was no mess to clean up afterwards and they worked quickly and efficiently. A year after the roof had been installed and there was a rat in the attic (which is very common in this area), Tom sent out two of his crew to first set traps and then put up screening where it was necessary. He did this at no additional cost to us. I have recommended the metal roof to many of my friends and only Cal-Pac because of their friendliness, efficiency and good work!

  We love our new roof. Tom was wonderful to work with from the beginning. From outreach to quote to contract to completion, it was a painless process. Our new Boral Barrel Vault roof is beautiful. Thanks Tom and team!

  I bought a old 70's house this year and the roof was in pretty bad shape and needed to be replaced rather than just repaired. I called a few roofing companies and went with Calpac Roofing due to their professionalism, pricing, and history. They did not disappoint me at all. They clean after themselves everyday during the construction. The roofing replacement went very smoothly and the new roof looked great.
