  I love this spot! The staff are friendly and fast. They communicate perfectly and keep long lines moving. The coffee is delicious - I highly recommend their espresso and cold brew.

  My morning is incomplete without a mocha from Caffè Migliore. Everything is good and the baristas are terrific at remembering "the usual" for their regulars. You won't be disappointed.

  Good coffee close to the office. Their cold brew is really good. For hot coffee, I like Homegrown's Stumptown availability.
