Cafe Brio features casual bistro fare, using fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients, whenever possible.
We take pride in our many local farmers, and try to actually walk the "local" talk. Our Pastry chefs create delightful breakfast and dessert pastries, cakes and tarts using traditional handcraft methods.
We use Flying Goat Coffee.
Mon-Fri evenings we feature eclectic and rotating dinner favorites and a wine list with French and local varieties.
