  First time here and the food was delicious. I had the Cuban sandwich and it tasted great. Also had the corn which was spiced perfectly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu and will tell you about everything. The only downfall would have to be that there is very limited seating. It is a good place for take out or delivery.

  Great neighborhood staple that never disappoints. They usually have a line outside but it always moves fast. I go at least once a week.

  Wonderful place. Great staff. Great food. A winner all around. Best plantains I’ve had in eons. Delicious mains. Try the jalapeño marguerita!

  Cozy place with great music. The Cuban sandwichwith fresh cut fries is delicious along with a margarita on the rocks. And can't go wrong with the guacamole.

  I used to love this place (I would always order my food to go), but I have to say that the customer service now is horrible. The young ladies that work behind the counter are often unfriendly, but after what I witnessed today, I will not return. Today, a staff member behind the counter handled a customer's food and another customer's money at the same time! On top of that, this staff member had on an ill fitting shirt that exposed some of her stomach. As someone who works in the food industry, what I had witnessed made my stomach turn. I hope that the manager will conduct a training on food safety and customer service in the near future.

  The corn is the STAR here. Food is always reliably good. Love the cozy atmosphere. Just a bit tight in space, so a tad uncomfortable. But if that doesn't bother you, it's excellent for all meals.

  Steak sandwich is out of this world. Better get some elote as well. If you're going during a prime time then you're better off popping around the corner to the smaller, to go shop and taking your food home as the wait for the main area can be significant.

  Checked this place out because of all the positive reviews. Wasn't very impressed. While the food tasted home cooked, the flavoring was sub par. The Huevos Rancheros could have used more seasoning, specially salt! The potatoes that came with it were good but were low on salt. The Cuban Sandwich which people rave about was very sloppy and watery and my friend was struggling with it. Lots of better Mexican and Cuban food around.

  Drinks were good and tostones on point!! I was not impressed by their enchilada's. There was literally a slice of room temp Swiss cheese on my enchilada. It is a Cuban restaurant, but that's not an excuse for lack of detail.

  My daughter used to work here before she went into the music / entertainment field. She's on that "calendar" if you can find it still hanging on the wall there somewhere. Food: well, I would call it Cuban-hipster-gringo style, but still a great place to chill.
