The servers are some the best food is great I eat here often. The people who work there are friendly and professional service WOW.

See my review for their sister restaurant T-Bones. Amazing food amazing staff in the answer is always yes. I tend to be pretty picky. My orders sound more like Custom plans to build a home. It would annoy the heck out of any server, but not at Cactus Jack's. Nobody bats 100%, but if there's ever an issue they resolved it promptly and with a smile on their face.

Great friendly location with good drinks and really good food. It's family friendly and a great place to stop for a snack and a few adult beverages as well. Great casual date spot.

Food here is amazing! Try the buffalo chicken tacos or the spinach/artichoke dip. Those are my favorite. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you want to have a really good time go to trivia night on Tuesday nights at 7:30, its a blast!

Normally love Cactus Jack's (Manchester)however today we ate at the one in Laconia. Won't be doing that again. Love the chips and salsa there but today the chips I had were not even good. The seasoning they put on them was totally missing leaving me ponder my dinner choice of chicken nachos. Had I know the chips we're flavorless I would have had something else. My nachos had more lettuce on them then chicken and cheese,and absolutely no flavor what so ever to any of it. Thank goodness there were jalepenos on it (all 3 of them) very disappointed. All in all I will still continue to make Manchester my CJ'S go to but never again in Laconia. Our server was nice however. You should be consistent in your dishes, they should taste the same at both places I would think..definitely not what I expected.

Best salsa we've had in a long time! Nachos were great and chicken quesadillas were amazing!
Guacamole, really good.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. And the fact that you seat yourself makes things really comfortable.

We come here usually on Fridays during the summer; close to camp. Service AWESOME, Jenny, Chris and Heather quick, funny and makes you feel at home. Come on over and enjoy.

Nachos were flavorful without being too hot. (I ordered without hot peppers) Many places don't give you the option to have mild heat, so I'll definitely be back! Also the chocolate chip cookie Sunday was good. The only negative for me was confusion about the locationCactus Jacks is in the basement with a stair less entrance from the side parking lot, (as well as one from inside with stairs). The upstairs has a sister restaurant called TBONES with a totally different menu.

A really good place to eat, drink, and watch sports. The waitstaff was excellent and the prices were appropriate for the quality and serving sizes. We will be back.

I called on a take out order at 6:30 pm and was told that it would take 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later because I expected it could take a little longer. When I got to the bar counter and was asked if I could be helped the girl couldn't locate my order until another girl came up and said "oh ya it's right here," as she read the hand written order from the woman who originally wrote it down. She then put my order in and I had to wait another 20 minutes while they made it. Didn't receive an apology or anything. I'm not the kind of person to make a scene or complain because it's uncomfortable so I just left.
