  I would love to give this place a better rating as l have lived as a renter here for 5 years and generally like the place. However, there are a lot of annoyances and inconvenience. I've lived with substandard appliances for several years. My double oven quit working about 3 years ago and they refused to replace it with another. Cabana was willing to replace it with a single. We declined as a single mini oven is insufficient for us tho now we live with a half working double oven. Our carport awning blew off 2 years ago in a whirlwind. Scratched my car, left dirt on everything I had stored in an add-on that shared the roof. Cabana paid for the scratch only.
  The rent goes up annually by the max amount allowed, though no improvements or maintenance is routinely done. We have a great maintenance guy, but he is severely limited by mgmt in what he can do.
  If you're a grandparent and have children that like to visit and swim, I would not recommend this place. Cabana has ridiculously restricted the pool hours for children. I would like to recommend Cabana, but I cannot. It is not the same place that we moved into five years ago.

  The drug dealers next door to me shot a hole in my window and killed my pet African Grey. The police said that they had outstanding warrants on most of the occupants of that house. Come to find out they are related to the manager here as well. I was told that I will pay for calling the police and everyday the make the gun sign pulling the trigger.
  
  I decided to purchase and train up on using a handgun and shotgun. I put a camera outside since they keyed my car and cut the tires. The manager who is involved does nothing and the company is of no help. I just hope they try something and I will put 18 rounds in them with my 15 rounds with a +2 extender and one in the chamber.
  
  Sad it has come to this but I think it is time to file a class action lawsuit and see if other communities are wanting to join the suit.

  Even though rent rates have gone up, the service is punctual and completed in a timely manner. With economic and social ills in our world today, Cabana is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to live.

  Watch out for the fast talking mgr. Grace. This place is awful. Rents keep going higher and higher. They refer to this place as a "resort". It's more like the "last resort" run by "Dis-Grace"

  You do not want to live here. This supposedly Senior Park is now allowing any rif raft to move in, including drug dealers. A majority of the seniors are now moving out. The company likes to jerk all the seniors around, causing several seniors to just up and leave their homes. Our parents live there and are trying to sell their mobile home to the park and have been jerked around now for 4 months. No one ever gets back to you. Just found out that my parents next door neighbors are having the same issue. I would not suggest this place to any senior. My parents have lived here for 30 years and never had any problems until the last couple years when they started letting anyone in here (senior citizen or not). Stay away from this place if you can. I had to give it a 1 star since it would not allow me to enter a 0.

  After another bad year of hurricanes and weather in Florida my wife and I decided in December to look into Las Vegas living. After much consideration we decided to try a manufactured home because we wanted a carefree lifestyle.
  
  We looked at many Las Vegas mobile home parks and senior or adult communities all over the city before we found Cabana Mobile Home Park.
  
  One of the things we really liked was it was close enough to the strip but not in what we would consider a heavy traffic area. Cabana also has one of the cleanest and nicest grounds and pool area of any of the mobile home parks in Las Vegas that we saw.
  
  Also we like the fact that Cabana is not too big and after driving the park we found most every home well maintained. We're looking forward to relocating at Cabana Mobile Home Park in Las Vegas in the spring.
