Nice, decent, mom and pops run and housekept. If they could drop the price by $5 per night I would have given the 5 star. Little Mexico is what I call it🙂

I wish I could find the appropriate word to describe this experience, but absolutely no words other than "gross" seem to fit. I'll make a list so I can remain objective.
1. The exterior of this place should have been the first and last indication that the experience at this place was going to be atrocious. One word should sum the exterior"dilapidated".
2. The room had an odor that hints there may be mold or mildew present. It's equivalent to the smell emitted from a refrigerator that has been powered off and left closed for quite a bit of time.
3. The outlets in the room lacked the plates that cover the wiring.
4. The florescent lights flickered and upon powering them on, failed to light up and had to be left on for them to function. Bad ballast I'm guessing
5. Pretty sure I saw "transactions" occurring. How many different visitors does one individual receive a day for lengths lasting a couple of minutes.
6. The towels provided were visibly stained and in need of replacement sometime months ago.
7. The A/C filter was disgusting. Not just a little dirty, butimagine the lint trap of your dryer. I had to clean it myself.
8. The previously white flat sheet common to hospitality bed dressings are now tinted brown.
9. The top comforter was riddled with what I can only guess were crumbs The comforter has wear and tare, and there were strings everywhere. The previously mentioned crumbs we're not related to this.
10. Expect a 8:43am knock to remind you of check-out at 11.
11. God forbid your Uber or Lyft runs a few minutes behind or prepare to feel unwelcomed.
12. Customer service is non-existent. Not exaggerating at all.
13. I don't think I need to say much else. This was an all around horrid place to rest. Sketchy and unkempt.report this review -

I didn't want give this place any stars. The management and the employees don't have a clue how to run a decent establishment. The walls don't seem to ever been cleaned roaches and bed bugs. When you bring it to there attention . they tell you to leave with a $5. Refund. Never will I subject anyone to that cruelty.

OMG!! First words out of my mouth 👄 O.M.G!! Roaches, nasty linens, furniture all broke down, these people ought to be "Embarrassed "for actually *Charging*people to stay here!

BEEN GOING TO THE C&M FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW. ITS NOT FANCY BUT FOR WHAT YOU GET OUT OF IT IS WORTH IT. OWNERS LEAVE YOU ALONE. ITS QUITE AND NEAR ENOUGH ACTION TO SATISFY YOUR NEEDS.
