They have a terrible service team here I took my jeep in for an issue and they lied about the cause and won't look at it. Then you girlfriend took her jeep in for warranty work they tried to just glue the part back together and had to fight with them to order the part. After getting it back home found they they scratched up the interior while trying to "fix" the part. We will never go back.

Just purchased a Jeep from C Classic Dodge Jeep last week. I flew in from Florida and the vehicle was EXACTLY as advertised. Worked with Dave (saleman) & Rob (owner). It was the easiest buying experience I've ever had in purhasing a car. This dealership seems to pride itself on doing right by the customer--which seems to be difficult to find nowadays. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them. Thank you for making this purchase a hassle free experience!!!

I've never written a google review before, but I felt absolutely compelled to write one for C Classic Dodge of Clearfield. Every car I bought in the past I've traveled quite a ways away. I don't believe I'll ever have to again! I needed a vehicle, and I saw one on their lot that caught my eye.I took a chance, and I am SO glad I did!!!! The sales representative I dealt with was Emery. He was incredibly professional and courteous, and went FAR above and beyond to meet every aspect of a truly satisfied car-buying experience! He was completely supportive with every question or concern, and every step throughout the process. Even the detailing staff went out of their way to make you feel at home, and after the sale was complete, and I called with a minor concern, I was treated as a valuable established customer, making it a priority to meet my needs, and even work around my busy schedule! C Classic Dodge I found, is the very essence of a family oriented establishment, complete with staff of true integrity that treat every customer as first priority. Rare indeed to find, but delighted to have had the experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone far and wide!!!! Well done, C Classic Dodge, and well done Emery!!!

I have bought my last three vehicles from C Classic and have had nothing but great experiences with the sales team and service crew. I live out of state so my initial contact with C Classic is over the telephone. Each time the salesman I speak to is courteous and professional. I explain what I am looking for and the budget I am working with. The salesman works hard to put me in the best vehicle for that budget. If a vehicle I am interested in is out of my budget, C Classic works to find a creative solution. I do travel to Clear field to test drive the prospective vehicles and have never left disappointed. I will continue to make the 5 hour trip to C Classic for my vehicles.

I typically do not write reviews but once I noticed a few other reviews I had to comment. I have purchased 4 vehicles from C Classic Dodge and have had all of them maintained there as well. I have always been treated very well and respectfully. I have always had timely call backs and have worked with my schedules. I got great prices on my vehicles and C Classic has always been very fair with trade ins. I think a few of these reviews were very unfair and sounds pretty personal to me.

I am a bilateral amputee, and have lived in Clearfield for over 15 years, and have worked in this community for 19 years as an insurance agent. I am confined to a wheel chair, and every time I need my wheel chair van serviced I would call C Classic and ask them if they can come pick my van up at my place of employment which would take them an extra 10 minutes of their time to come and pick my van up when it would need serviced and they won't do that. And now my sliding door broke and won't shut or open, it's stuck ajar, and my husband went to see them and they were like well we don't know if we can even look at it today, we might not be able to look at it until next week some time, and then just him hawed around like they don't want bothered. I Thank God that there are other garages that are willing to help a woman in a wheelchair and I would not recommend this garage to anyone and that goes for shopping for a vehicle and servicing as well. This business needs to close their doors and I wouldn't shop there if it were the last car lot on earth. I would rather deal with Thompson & Buck any day. Your establishment is worthless. Maybe you just need to be a guy in order to get help from these people.
