I highly recommend the J.D Byrider located in East Dundee, IL. It was really great working with Greg and Sales manager Kevin, both are great people to work with. I have had trouble in past and my credit is not the best they still gave me a chance and willing to work with me. We did the whole application over the phone. I was in and out of there with my SUV for a great deal and couldn’t be more satisfied with my new car I am very happy with my selection! I was told I would drive off the lot the same day in a new vehicle and did. They worked with my circumstances. They even paid for an Uber to come to my house and pick me and my family up. Great customer service and very honest, Awesome staff, very friendly and caring. They were always willing to answer every question I had with no problem. Very helpful and pleased with their service!! I highly recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go here!

Highly recommended car dealership. Great customer service, patience & honesty. It was really great working with the sales rep Alicia and Sales manager Kevin, both are great people to work with when it comes to cars and basic car experience. If your looking to drive off the lot today in a new vehicle I highly recommend Byrider located in East Dundee.
