Absolutely the worst customer service! I went into the store 3/5/18 at approximately 1pm and was ignored by the sales person on the floor and another person that came from the storage room. FYI whenever someone enters the store they should be acknowledged. If the shoes weren't a gift I would have gotten a refund!!

Great and friendly service and still ty e best place to take babies for their first pair of shoes and beyond. My nephew was fitted in traditional hard (now soft) bottom shoes and there was such a good variety to choose from. We will definitely be going back for his next pair.
