  poor administration, up to, and including a manager that always smells of alcohol and cigarettes. the AC doesn't seem to work. sizing of children's clothing doesn't seem like it had any effort put into it at all. sometimes there don't seem to be any cashiers working. the store is filthy. the employees regularly scream across the store at each other. generally, it's a hectic and unorganized environment, and frankly, i'm surprised they are still open.

  I'd give a -5 if I could !! Their policies need to change on yheir refunds. I pay cash for stuff but they want to give a stire gift card. I don't care for their cheap products and do not want a gift card to purchase more cheap stuff. Even on their layaways they charge a $15 fee and give a gift card for the rest if a customer chooses to cancel it? Thats crazy.

  The store is a wonder place to shop but I’m rating this place a one because their manager Ms.Ellie is very rude and very disrespectful. She is a very mean hearted person. She does not deserve to work in this type of place because of her stank attitude and rude remarks. She does deserve to be fired for her behavior to her staff and customers. Place needs a better manager that know how to treat people.

  Have to pick through a lot of bad finds to find a few decent items. The atmosphere is unorganized and could use a good cleaning. However, they have a great beauty product bargains, accessories for a steal (watch for broken necklaces and missing earrings). I will say, I've never left without purchasing something. But then again I'm a huge bargain shopper and I love a deal.

  Absolutely awful. The shelves weren't stocked. There was no selection. The clerks were useless. I'll never waste my time going in this store ever again.

  It's ok. It has a huge selection of items, and the store is large and roomy. I never feel like it's crowded.

  Great place, cheap prices, hard to find stuff sometimes and they need to crank up the air in there. I found like a whole weeks worth of stuff (plus sizes) including pants, socks and shirts for 111 dollars, thats good compared to other places for plus sized clothes.

  Huge selection of stuff at great prices. Shoplifting must be a problem because there's a camera every 5 feet in this place. Not a bad thing I guess, just hate being constantly watched.

  Always adorable clothes for the whole family super cheap. They have an amazing shoes collection for the whole family and a section that's just baby and nursery related. The dressing rooms are normally clean and staff has always been super friendly here.
