We spent about 6 months with another company outside of St. Marys area ordering an expensive custom front door. they couldnt get it right. So our money refunded, we turned to two local business specializing in home maintenance/supplies/home repair. their customer service was horrible. Met with them x2, waited for retun calls, for info, for sizing etc. called and left messages etc. Nothing. Turned to Burkes. They were immediately attentive, helpful and placed our order the next day! We got our new beautiful door in only 2-3 weeks. They were great! You would think when a homeowner decides to splurg $ on a front door businesses would be exstatic. Way to go Burkes. you are #1 in customer service!
