The stairs to the base of the main falls are closed due to water damage, so expect that! (Check TN park website for updates.) Beautiful hike and experience otherwise.

Lace up your shoes and don't stop at the top, head to the bottom of the falls and also check out down stream. Lot of fun finds!

Great views. The signs say "strenuous" and "very strenuous" hike to the waterfalls but it was not bad at all!

Don't be scared off by the signs warning of a very strenuous hike. It's not like walking on a sidewalk, but it's not far, not that challenging, and very much worth it! Amazing waterfall!

Go to the bottom of the falls really worth it. Absolutely breathtaking. Just be prepared and save some energy for the climb back up.

Read the signs. It is a strenuous hike. If you plan on viewing all three falls make sure to pack water and wear good hiking shoes.

So worth the hike down to the base of the main fall. Wear proper attire and note that it is steep and slippery.

Have your hiking boots on. Lots of walking but absolutely beautiful. The waterfalls are amazing.

It was worth the 3/4 of a mile hike.

Go down to the base of the waterfalls...it is about 25 roundtrip, but worth it. Caution: it could be slippery, so be careful and wear proper footwear.
