I have an older truck that I use for work. If my trucks down I can't make any money. That is why I really appreciate the time Bullington takes to check over my vehicle when I take it in for oil changes. During a recent oil change the technician found my water pump was leaking. I was able to go back and see it for myself while it was still up on the lift. We promptly scheduled the repair so I didn't have to worry about breaking down out on the road somewhere.

A few months ago, I brought my car into this shop because of an oil leak. $700 later, oil was still leaking from my car about a quart per week. I have since spent hundreds of dollars on oil, which is a massive financial blow to a struggling college student. DO NOT bring your car to this shop unless you're willing to lose money I should have listened to the other reviews.

I had my vehicle towed here as it died while driving down the road. I was shocked when I found out they actually sale RVs there and it's not soley a mechanic It took the shop a day to look at it, they called and stated the starter was bad, which I told them they were wrong about that and they were because I cranked my car up and took it to a shop that can work on it without them replacing the starter. Secondly they claim to have done a 48 point inspection which was labeled as "free" but refused to show me the results because I was questioning the work they claimed to do. one of the owners of the shop said they don't have to show me because it was freeUNPROFESSIONAL. I did speak with the owner, he told me sarcastically to go ahead and post a review and he would respond asking questions like "do you have negative experiences like this at other business?" I only have a negative experience when I pay for a service and then dont recieve it. they couldn't tell me the problem, but still charged me $100 and said the problem isn't replicable..they diagnosed my vehicle wrong from the get go stating I had a bad starter I let them know a starter going out won't make your car die while moving down the road..(they claim to have taped the starter to get it started, but they also claim to have done a 48 point inspection but couldn't produce the report), it's a good thing I know a little about cars because they would have had me fixing things that were not broke. My advice, avoid this place, unless you are seeking to get ripped off.

Took the car in for check engine light and vibration. $900 later, neither had been addressed.
