  This place is GREAT! If you are a homeowner looking for very affordable bath and kitchen materials and need them quickly like same day, this place is perfect! You have choices of modern, traditional, contemporary, etc. They accept debit cards, cash, and check (not lines of credit, which is what some contractors are complaining about) After paying, you go to the pickup line, they tell you which Dock # to park, and then they load the items FOR YOU in your car (Such a big help!). There are no returns and exchanges (which i can understand the place is busy and returns would be insane to deal with) so make sure during pickup time, you go and inspect the items for damage or issues and you should be fine. I loved the process and how organized they are. Its super busy so try in morning times to avoid crowds and get assistance from sales associates. 😉

  Are you looking to remodel your kitchen and or bathroom? You are in the right place. There are price list for each of the models. Some many options to choose from. There are color choices for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Countertop choices as well for both kitchen and bathrooms. You pick you size and color. Looking for kitchen sinks? They (but of course) have those also! Farm sinks, double porcelain sink and double stainless sink. Get it all in one place! I don’t think you can go wrong here. Looking for ideas?   My wife and I had been looking for the right vanity and counter top to fit our new bathroom remodel. We searched online as well as a number of local brick and mortars and kept coming up short. We had no problem in locating the "wrong color" or the "too much money's" and there were a large number of the "hey that one will work but its not in stock and it should be here in a month or so".
  
  But then we discovered Builders Surplus Inc. They have an enormous showroom with row after row of the most beautiful well designed and constructed kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities; and all of the available sizes and associated prices are printed on flyers and posted for you see. And as large as the showroom is, the warehouse must be five to ten times bigger because they keep everything in stock and ready to go home with you the same day. So don't show up with your Mini Cooper or you will only be able to take home the drawer pulls and door knobs.
  
  The prices are extremely reasonable, we shopped a lot of places before we landed at BSI and I can guarantee, you won't find better prices for the cabinet; "if you can find it" anywhere else. As great as the selection and prices are, there is still more to look forward too. The people that work there are very focused on you having a positive experience. We had the pleasure of being helped by Lupe, she was absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, helpful, focused and a bunch of other really cool words that if I used them y'all might think she's my granddaughter. She's not, but she is all of those other things. Ask for her when you get there or find her at desk nine. You will be glad you did.

  Charged us nearly double for the wrong product! You can clearly see that this closet and vanity are two different styles and colors. We ordered a matching set and this vanity is what they put down on our invoice instead. Don’t know what on earth they were thinking! Also, this vanity was nearly double the price of the one we had wanted and this sale was supposed to be FINAL and non-refundable! If we hadn’t taken immediate action to bring it back and complained about their error, we would have been left with this mess. BUYERS BEWARE

  I love the deal I got on a floor clearance package. $998 for 76" floor kitchen cabinet in a slate blue color with 3 white wall cabinets all with the same shaker style. It's nice to get something that is French dovetailed on the drawers with the glide stops on the drawers and no only plywood not compressed wood. I love the quality and the $998 price included the hardware and they helped us pack everything nicely into the pickup truck. Can't wait to set it up tomorrow
  
  I love the way these cabinets look, they go well with my eclectic design in my Airbnb apartment and all my guests love the kitchen cabinets. Builders Surplus should put me on the payroll with all the referrals I've given them LOL. When I renovate my downstairs apartment I'll check them out again
