  We placed an order when the place was empty (which seems to be any time we go in there). The wings? Really good. The $13.34 "Buffalo Chips" that were supposed to have bacon, sour cream, and four types of cheeses? Yeah, looked like someone ate half the order, after one cheese was thrown on them and they were burned to a crisp. The ranch and blue cheese? Not properly capped and thrown into a bag to leak over our entire order. Contacted customer support and...dead silence. This location doesn't care about you, your order, or even your money. Avoid them.

  Had a pretty nice time here, which was great after travelling for so long. The food and beer was great, service that night too. Keep up the good work, guys.

  Had a wonderful time. I believe Justin was my server and he was extremely professional and charismatic. Frequently checked on me. The food was great as well, no complaints here.

  Horrible service. Waited over an hour and didn't receive appetizer. Out of many items listed on menu. Zero organization or leadership at this establishment. Extremely disappointed as a long time BWW customer.

  If you come here you have to keep in mind that this is above all a sports bar with concentration on Wings. All raw wings take at least 13 minutes to cook. That's not including plating and spinning in sauce. Not including taking your order or getting you drinks and appetizers. Don't come here to try and get Wings in 15 minutes because you won't get good Wings anywhere in such a short time. And if you do then trust me they weren't fresh. Plan to spend a good amount of time here and enjoy the sports, the food and the atmosphere. If you are looking for a quick bite then ask your server for assistance and I assure you that they will be able to help you pick a quick meal that satisfies your tatste buds! This location is making great changes in their staff and their upkeep and everyday the crowd is getting bigger and bigger! I suggest you try this restaurant if you haven't yet, and if you have then give it a second chance! ☺️

  NOT FRESH FOOD - I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AND 9/10 IT SEEMS TO BE DAY OLD CHICKEN. DECENT SERVICE BUT FOOD IS USUALLY DISAPPOINTING

  Went on a Monday afternoon for lunch the waitress was super friendly (which is the reason for three stars instead of one) but hardly checked on us. The two of us sat with empty drinks for well over 15 minutes while waiting for our food. Kicking shrimp tacos were very good but the onion rings lacked the seasoning I asked for. Then we told her that we were ready for the check and proceeded to sit waiting for over 10 minutes while there were only a few people in the restaurant. She definitely needed help dealing with the few customers that were here.

  Worst experience at a BWW I've ever had. Waited 30 minutes on a stupid slow day for appetizers. You know something is wrong when a sports bar is empty on a March madness tournament.

  Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes and never even received our food. The restaurant wasn't even half full and no reason was given to us as to why things were taking so long. I've been to other bdubs in other states that were packed full and received better and faster service. My family and I will not be returning to this particular restaurant. I hope they really can get it together in the future because that location is perfect.

  This will be an unconventional review. This is my restaurant. I just took over as regional manager a couple months ago. This is a great brand and I saw a great opportunity to turn this place around. We've hired some new people. We worked real hard to get out the bad elements that were there and some still seem to remain sometimes, but as I read some of the bad reviews were written mostly before I got there and saw one by a disgruntledemployee that was there when I took over. I had to comment. Buffalo wild wings is a great brand and we do our best to serve great food and we are busting our hump to try to win back Naples customers. There are no drugs being sold there that I know of. The people that are there are trying real hard in a bad situation they were put into. If you come in and try our food you tell me personally how I can help make it better and I will do my best to make you happy. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and I devote my life and my efforts to making it better. Give us a try, my name is Kelley and you can find me at our restaurants.   I went with the family and check them out. Read the reviews about bad this and bad that, I can tell you that I thought everything was amazing. Food took about 15 minutes to come out, well expected as they cook fresh to order, beer selection was great and the nice and cold. The drink specials were $3.00 Jack and Cokes. Well one of the drink specials. I don 't know when these other people have been, but my family says keep it up, everything was great!
