  Love Buffalo Wild Wings, the food is outstanding. If you have a bad experience it most likely would be because of the lack of training on the servers. Buffalo Wild Wings is a fantastic if you know the menu, if you don't the server should be available to help you and guide you through it. Many times we have seen disappointed guests around us, even us in the beginning... that just didn't know what to order. We tend to help people choose what is best to eat. Cleanliness is a huge factor for us when choosing where we will eat.
  
  Buffalo Wild Wings has the most unattractive and dirty front entrance - doors windows, facade of any restaurant that we eat at. Time and time again we have felt disgusted to even touch the door. We usually use up the hand wipes to sterilize our trivia machine and dining surfaces too.

  Food taste the same, which is good. Service was slow for an empty restaurant. 18 minutes from the time the order went in until it was served. We could see it in the window, but the staff was elsewhere at the time. A couple came in when our group did and they had drinks, food, to go boxes and paying their check before our food came out.

  I go to BWW every city that I travel to and I received the best service ever. We sat in the bar area and Morgan took amazing care of us.

  CAROLINE CHECKED ME OUT WITH MY FOOD ORDER AND
  SHE HAS 5 STAR SKILLS!
  She is nice, polite and took my order and offered me to enroll in the rewards points as she told me I ordered food before many times. I really want to thank her .....

  One of the best bdubs locations I've been to in regards to food quality. Normally comes our hot and fast. Busy alot. Of course the amount of customers will effect time on food delivery. Staff is friendly

  I will always prefer this BWW because the two ladies that always work on Tuesday between 8pm and 9pm at the take out counter are always SO FRIENDLY and get things done even at the busiest of times!!! They have come to know me and have even remembered my name and I think that is excellent customer service!! The food is great and I love the deals they have on certain days! It is a little small but still a great place! :)

  Horrible. Made us wait for more than an hour and seated the other people first. Parties of 2 up to 6 were seated before us. Really disappointed with them.

  I have eaten here a total of three times since moving to Wichita, and two out of the three times I've had a server from a different section (Tori Cardwell) come and start a problem at my table because I came in to eat with a coworker. This coworker chooses to take me here because she gets her discount and I can't afford to eat, so I really appreciate when she takes me out, so when this Tori girl comes to start problems, it ruins my night completely. I didn't complain the first time because I gave her another chance to be nice, but she made another problem last night using profanity at my table this time then went out of her way to find me on social media and harrass me. I will no longer support this place until they hire better people as servers.

  Jessica was an inattentive waitress, Greg the manager seemed to not care, had to get our own napkins and silverware. Never informed of last call. Waited 15 min for water. I have always enjoyed BWW. Not this time. Greg told US it was because it was Sunday and the wait staff waps eager to go home. ... Maybe Jessica should get a different job ??I used to be a server and this makes my heart weep because I cared about my costumers, and Jessica clearly did not. Greg the "manager" was a sad excuse as an example for Jessica and the rest of their team-of whom seemed better suited for manager- Greg didn't even offer us an apology.

  Not too long of a wait, about 20 minutes for 2 of us. 15 minutes into our wait, a couple 'cheerleader' types were seated immediately by a worker, though they seen we were obviously waiting. Food was good, as usual.

  It was during a very slow part of the day when my daughter and I went in. We were seated and orders takin. It took a Lil over 25 min to get a burger. Our waitress didn't come to our table once. My daughter had to go find us extra napkins cause we couldn't find our waitress all the while there were 4 waitresses standing in a crowd talking and laughing. When our waitress finally came to our table at the end of our meal, she laughed at us for using the "small" napkins. I was not happy about being laughed at cause she wasn't doing her job. I usually love this place and that's why I was OK with spending $75. Needless to say this location brought down my expectations for this chain. I will not go back to the east side one but may try the west side next time.
