  This may not seem like a huge deal, but I don’t leave reviews often and even I felt like it warranted one. The menu advertised that if you ordered either of the signature cocktails (the Knockout Punch or Buffalo Zoo) you would receive a koozie in the shape of a Buffalo Wild Wings team jersey. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Zoo specifically to get the advertised koozie (otherwise he would have ordered a water or a beer). I ordered the Knockout Punch, which I would have probably ordered regardless. At the end of our meal, I asked the waitress if we could get the koozies and she stated the manager had instructed the wait staff to stop giving them out. However, she was very nice and said she knew they had more and that she would go try to find some. She returned a few minutes later and said the manager is the only one with a key to that closet and that the manager said she “didn’t have time for that”. The waitress said the manager is too lazy and apologized. The restaurant should not be promoting deals that it is going to refuse to honor.

  I am a vegetarian and enjoy coming here with friends. There are options available for people who have special diet needs. It's a great place to get together with friends for dinner. Or to sit at the bar and enjoy a sports game. They offer lots of snacks and dinner food. I recommend trying the black beans burgers.

  The waitress lori sat down with us while we discussed what we wanted. It was weird. The waitress brought our child's meal almost 10 minutes before our food causing issue. The drinks were not correct and two of the five meals were not correct. We had to ask twice to speak to the manager before the manager come. The manager did not seem to care. Lori then did not come back to refill our glasses, give us boxes or give us the check. We had to ask other weight staff to help us.

  The only good thing about this place is the awesome ginger named Quinton. He was attentive and a very prompt server. There also was a server, Kelsey, that checked in frequently to see if we needed drink refills and cleared things from the table. Definitely will return because of these two!!

  Overly loud music and reasonably good food. Staff is also reasonably friendly. My boneless wings were really hard to cut into but the flavor of the sauce was good. The fried pickles were the best part of my whole meal.

  Just passing this on as it was posted on Facebook...."Went into Buffalo Wild Wings at East Towne mall tonight. Got seated. Sat for 15 minutes and got ignored. People came in behind us and got served. Manager looked at me and walked towards us and stopped and another table to chat it up. We got up and left and they never noticed. WORST SERVICE EVER. Not sure I will ever go back." And from the wife "Yeah it was bad. Two young guys working. they walked passed use about four or five times. Shortly before we left they sat another group with young women. They got service. The hostess didn’t even notice we left cause she was flirting with another employee." I would not put down a rating - but you have to.....as from these remarks and having not gotten any service I would think the couple and their kids would give them a 0

  First time at B-Dubs after hearing rave reviews from my fiance. It was a little busy, so I expected to wait a little. Service was still prompt for a busy time and I was happy with it. I ordered the lemon pepper dry rub for traditional wings as well as an order of cheese curds.
  
  Food arrived quickly, and for the positives, I can say the wings were cooked perfectly! Crispy skin and the meat juicy and tender! Not the least bit dry. The curds were great! Piping hot, but not full of grease, so they stayed light and delicious. And I was even served my wings by the GM, so it was a bonus to see the management leading by example in that regard.
  
  The cons are minimal, but important. The temperature in the restaurant was cold. It was the start of dinner service, so I'm sure things would warm up once more people got there and moved around. But as it was comfortable outside, I did not think I would need to bring a sweater to the place.
  
  Also, the seasoning was mildly disappointing. The flavor was fantastic, the perfect blend of lemon zing and pepper bite, but it was painfully obvious it was just sprinkled (dumped) on top and the wings were not tossed or hand-spun in the seasoning as it was advertised. To this end, I would get a massive bite of lemon pepper on one side of a wing, and nothing on the other. So the bites were uneven.
  
  Will this keep me from coming back for more? Nope! I'll definitely enjoy it again. But it will be something I mention next time I go. All in all, a good experience and will be back.

  When we ordered our drinks the waiter didn't even ask me what I wanted, it took far too long to get our food, we ordered an appetizer that ended up going someplace else and they had to make us more then proceeded to make us pay for them. My parents salad had rotten lettuce, they didn't get NEARLY enough dressing for the salad and we had to order more, my dad had ordered his salad with no onions and the salad still had onions and my "chopped" carrots were basically shredded. When he came back to see if everyone was done and he asked if anyone would like a box he walked away before I could tell him that I wanted one. Then when we tried to pay up front because our waiter took so long to come back so we can pay and leave, they made us go sit back down and wait for him

  90% of the time the service is at least good, if not better. Some servers need to rethink their career choices, but for the most part they are good. Food has never been substandard, and the sauces are tasty. I prefer mango habañero, personally.

  Seated on a Sunday at 4:45pm. Order taken at 5pm (medium order of wings and buffalo mac). 5:30pm, people seated after us were receiving their food and there was no sign of our waitress or food. When trying to ask another server if they could check on our order, he rushed past said, "Excuse me, I am not your server." When I sat back down, our waitress came by and said, "I'm really sorry for the wait, the kitchen is really backed up." 10 minutes later (total of 40 minute wait), our food was brought out cold. After we finished eating, we asked for a box and check. After waiting another 15 minutes, the box was brought by with the check. We should have been in and out in 1 hour, we were their for 2 hours.
  VERY disappointed.

  Starting on a positive note, the food is usually great. The service though at this particular location is subpar. We were there during lunch, during the week, to take advantage of their 15 minute guarantee. They were way late with our food, by like an extra 20 minutes. Then we got a bill for the full amount. When we questioned the waiter about getting our meals for free he said he had to check, then returned with a new bill that he put on the table and walked off without saying anything. No apology for getting our food after 45 minutes. No apology for not initially getting the bill wrong. Not even a "thanks and have a good day". We've had poor service here before, but this was over the top rude. We will not be back to this location. Monona is usually way better.

  I'd give a BIG ZERO if I could! Worst service ever. It was not busy. Food arrived 35 minutes after ordering it. Food was cold. No apology from the waitress. She never checked on us. I will NEVER go back & I will certainly inform everyone I know not to go there.

  Newly remodeled (summery 2016) the place looks very nice. The got rid of many of the round high-top tables and replaced with square and rectangle tables. The can get more people in and you will be pretty close in the bar area on busy days/nights.
  Menu options are good with options to please both the picky eaters and those looking for some spicy flavor. Salads were surprisingly large and flavorful, not just some stand-by for the lighter eaters.
  The boneless wings have pretty thick breading and can sometimes seem like more breading than chicken. Their naked tenders are a great option for me. They are served up pretty quickly (making it under the 15 minute lunch guarantee) and always nice and moist. They come with any side of sauce and are my lunch go-to.
  The burgers are always good and they have a lot of options. They are cooked to order and usually pretty much on with your choice of preparedness (medium rare to medium well).
