Always great food and service. Love the lunch buffet and salad bar at dinner time. The burgers are pretty large and come with your choice of sauce and side. You can also choose to have your food delivered to you by train.

The food being delivered by train was really cool and the kids were entertained. The food was plentiful and of good quality. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad and it was so large I couldn't even eat it all.

We had some frustrating issues with lack of service from our server, but we didn't let that ruin our evening. The train would travel around with silly items and even a bubble machine to provide a fun atmosphere.

I rated it a two because the atmosphere was great. My kids enjoyed having trains deliver their drinks. We ordered pizza and a kids grilled cheese and it was awful. The service wasn't the best and the server kept walking away from us while we were telling her what we wanted. We had to ask a couple times for things. I wish the food and service was better.

Took the kids there as the whole food delivered by train seemed like an awesome time for the kids. Our beverages were delivered via train. The kids thought this was awesome. We ordered pizza’s and this is some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Everything was so fresh. Waiter was super friendly and made sure all our needs were met. Great place, pizza and experience even though they were under construction.

The trains were the only good thing about this place. Our kids loved seeing them pull up with food or water (they asked for many refills). We purchased a wrap that was drowning in sauce and chicken Parmesan for $17 that not worth it. Maybe good for an appetizer and let the kids get their $5 meals on the train. The decor was also interesting- mix of trains with taxidermy animals with the wild west theme. The train we sat by was simply a track on a plywood platform with videos of Thomas playing. It seemed the other reason had a green grass setting.

Big plates, yummy food, great staff and fun trains to bring your food. They also send characters and bubble machines on the train for the kids. Its a big place , but seems well segmented to keep the noise down, and to keep a comfortably cozy feeling . Knuckleheads arcade is next door(attached).

We chose to eat here based on some reviews and the fact that they serve the food by mini train. We were seated quickly but then we waited almost 10 minutes to be served. We should have left then because the rest of the visit was not worth the wait. The train is a neat idea to deliver food. Salad bar was mediocre. Large portions but nothing spectacular. We won't be back.

Was excited to eat here being that we never ate here before. Menu looked good and we were seated right away. Not very busy. We were seated and waited 8 minutes, no one came up or acknowledged us to take our order, Even though there was a waitress and a bus boy directly behind us. Very poor service and not even a thank you as we were walking out. Go across the street to Culver's if you want service!!!

Very nice place. There was a bit of mix-up as a new waiter was training. Actually, I thought he had the orders right but the trainer mixed the orders as well as the bills. The train delivery of food delighted our youngest as well as youngsters at the next table so it was entertaining throughout our meal.
Portions were huge and fairly pricey. Food was tasty.

Great food! Buffalo Phil's Pizza and Grille is advertised much for their food delivered to you on a train. Since we didn't have any kids with us and wanted a more quiet meal, we asked if they had tables away from the trains and kids. They happily sat us in their bar and buffet area where no kids were around. Lots of realistic and fun western type décor, with many animal mounts and fun manikins. Some you can even sit and pose with for photos. Our Server (Matt) was knowledgeable, polite and quick to return to check on us and bring refills. They have several flavors of their own home made sodas, we enjoyed their root beer. Servings were big, fresh and hot. We had their fish fry and it was Delicious! Will definitely stop again if in the area. Recommend for families or adults on their own!

We came here for my son's birthday. He loves trains so we thought this would be a great place to go. When we arrived we were told there was a wait so we went next door to the arcade until our buzzer went off. 25 minutes later our buzzer went off. We quickly grabbed our 2 kids and rushed back to be told we had to wait longer. The hostess was very rude to us. I asked for a manager and things were taken care of. When we got to the table we had a wonderful time watching the train. The food is very overpriced and poorly made. My chicken was very dry. The train was the only good experience we had here.

The food was good and the atmosphere was unbeatable. Wait staff was not the kindest, but sill did a good job of making sure we were taken care of.

My son LOVED watching the drinks and food come out on a train. Very cool touch!

    Would definitely go back.

The Macho Nacho's were amazing, one of the best nachos I ever had. And the buffalo chicken sandwich was great. Having the food delivered by train was pretty neat - my son thought it was awesome. This is a great place for families and being attached to knuckleheads is a huge bonus.

Absolutely WAY over priced for the quality of food we received. We were here at the dells on vacation and heard bout this train thing that would bring your food and drinks to you, so we thought it would be fun for the kids. Service was great, atmosphere was good, except the music really didn't fit into the whole country western theme, idk maybe they were trying to keep up with the times and what kids like to listen to. We came in as a family of 6 and the 3 kids meals were fine however the 3 adult meals we had were far below par. No flavor, gigantic buns so you couldn't really tell what you were eating.
We will not be back again after spending 70 dollars for our meals of which the kids were the only ones to eat everything. I'm hoping my review will enlighten a few of you out there to be cautious before bringing the family there.
