  This place was terrible for renting a moving truck. If you're thinking about renting one here, please don't!
  
  This was by far the worst rental experience we've had. We arrived at 11am for our rental reservation just to watch the guy give away our truck in front of us. He told the customer that was there that he didn't have any 12ft trucks, how about a 16? The guy said sure and he walked him to the truck area for a bit and came back.
  
  When he got back we told him we were there for a 16ft truck reservation and he face palmed and said "oh s*** I just gave it away." So we agreed to wait 3-4 hours and pick up a truck when they arrived.
  
  We waited and finally got the call and the truck we got was a commercial POS that was absolutely disgusting. It stunk, I'm talking Seinfeld BO stunk, and it ran rough. It got us to our destination 5 hours away but the AC was broken and everything was covered in grime. We bought air fresheners to no avail. It also had a nice and greasy Burger King bag stuffed behind the drivers seat, a glove box full of empty Doritos bags, and some empty water bottles shoved in corners. Clearly not cleaned, or even looked at?
  
  When we arrived at our destination the person at the other budget told us these types of trucks would only be used for local commercial runs at her store and never for a one way like this. We also discovered that the guy didn't give us the paperwork and even worse, he told us we'd be emailed a receipt... The lady at drop off told us they don't even have a way to email a receipt through the system. Great. No write off on taxes.
  
  If you're renting online and have to pick a store, please don't pick this place. It's terrible.

  I just dropped off my one-way rental and the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and had great customer service! Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

  I booked a car when I had an accident and used them because they were the only place open on a Sunday. I will never make that mistake again. My insurance called to make the reservation and to bill them directly but they made me pay for a full 6 days up front anyways with a hold. They wouldn't give me a car for my 40 dollars a day insurance so I returned the car after 2 days. The manager couldn't figure out how to bill through insurance and it took him almost 2 hours to figure it out. I was there with my 2 year old who eventually had to use the bathroom. I was told that they didn't have one so I had to run across the busy route 112 with him to find one. Then he ended up saying he had to charge me for 3 days and he couldn't figure out why so I would have to call customer service to figure it out. This place is a nightmare

  By far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I rent from Budget on a regularly for work but typically from an Airport location, unfortunately I needed a full size SUV on a busy weekend and this was the closest location that had anything available.
  
  I needed to return the car on Sunday outside of their normal business hours, the man who I can only assume manages this location said that returns outside of business hours were fine and I just needed to leave the car keys in the drop box near the door... which I did.
  
  3 Days after returning the vehicle I received a phone call saying that I never gave the keys back and I would be charged for 3 additional rental days, and for every additional day they do not receive the keys. Went back and fourth on the phone for a while and after hanging up I checked my card statement to see that I had actually already been charged a day before the phone call. I left work to visit the location in person to dispute their claim that the keys were never returned, after having several associates examine the drop box with me they discovered the car keys were stuck in the shoot and never dropped completely into the bucket, they were there the whole time.
  
  The manager refused to reverse the charges claiming that it was my fault they were not able to rent the vehicle for those 3 days and I would have to eat the charges because they lost money for every day they could not rent the vehicle. I filed a dispute with Capital One reversed the charges and refunded my money.
  
  To summarize, these people are scam artist and liars and this location cannot be trusted. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE

  I made a 4pm reservation on a Saturday. Called them at 3:45 to inform them I'm running 5 minutes late. I'm told they close exactly at 4 and wouldn't be able to fulfill my reservation unless I walked in at 4. I was told to call and have the reservation moved to a location that is open later. I call 1800 number and the reservation amount went up by 90%! Needless to say I'm never doing business with budget ever again.
