  Arrived at 8:50am for an 8am reservation. Employee on duty told me I was late for my reservation and called her supervisor on the phone. Supervisor then told me they didn't have a vehicle for me because I made my reservation less than 24 hours in advance. When I explained the Budget APP allowed me to make the reservation and took my payment, she said I should have read it in the term and conditions. Her only solution was to have me leave a phone number and they'd call me when they had a car. While I was reaching out to Budget corporate fit the next 30 minutes, the supervisor then offered me a vehicle that had been on their lot the entire time. Fortunately BUDGET corporate was good enough to transfer my reservation to another location, so I would not to give this location my business. I would obviously not recommend.

  I had made a reservation on my moving day to rent a truck at this Budget location. When I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk if I could switch the reservation to my uncle, since I was not of age to rent and would have to pay extra. She said she couldn't. I asked if I could switch my credit card info to his for the payment and again she couldn't. Then I was told that the truck wasn't ready and that it needed an oil change. It was going to take 2 hours. Unacceptable. She then sent me to the bird location that had a truck available there. What a breath of fresh air from the woman at the Budget Sears location to the gentleman at the Budget on bird. Surprise surprise! Without a problem, the gentlemen at the bird location switched the reservation to my uncle and his credit card . The front desk lady was just being purely lazy. Do yourself a favor and do not make a reservation here.

  Extremely POOR service. DO NOT go to the one on Coral Way. Firstly, they had a wait time of 2 hours. When we tried to change the drop off location they insisted that it should be dropped off at the pick up location only. When we called the customer service we had to repeat the same story over and over again as they kept transferring the call. The front desk has nothing to do with customer service and were not ready to listen to what customer service suggested. Bad experience!!

  DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! HORRIBLE OPERATION!!!!! I made reservation for a truck rental here. They called me hours before my pick up time to tell me they had no trucks. If you make a reservation, they will not honor it. Don't let them screw you like they did me. Use another company.

  DO NOT go here to pick up a car, you will be sorry!
  This is an independently owned location and they do not have to honor reservations. We had reservation made 4 months in advance to pick up a car at this location after a cruise. When we arrived the guy said,, "I have no cars and don't expect to get any today, There is nothing I can do for you." We ended up going to the Miami airport which was sold out (all rental companies) so ended up ant a small company a mile away and paying $150 for a one day rental.
  I learned the hard way that you need to go to a company owned location for your reservations to be honored.
