Purchased a 2015 viper from these guys. Saw the vehicle listed online and reached out to them. My inquiry was responded to in a timely fashion and a few minutes we agreed upon a price and terms. I flew from NY to OH the next morning and found the car exactly as described and the transaction was completed. No issues, no stories, no gimmicks, Budds Dodge charged me exactly the price we had agreed upon via email the day prior and not a penny more. Matt Hamilton was the individual I dealt with via email and he gave me the heads up that he would be away at a meeting the following day when I would come to pickup the vehicle but he setup transportation to pick me up and bring me to the dealership as well as another salesman (Jordan Wendel) and the finance guy Jon to help make the acquisition a breeze. Very rarely do you meet a group of guys that are well coordinated, honest, and make the purchase of a car so easy. They did not have any pushy sales tactics or gimmicks. I would recommend Budds Dodge, and the aforementioned group of guys to anyone looking to buy a car. Job well done guys. I wish all car dealerships were this honest, welcoming and transparent. Big thumbs up!!

Staff was friendly and helpful! Best of all I felt zero pressure to buy. My Grand Cherokee was ready for the long haul the day I purchased it. You could tell they take the time to make sure every vehicle was ready, and not waiting to nickel and dime me to death. The aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty I purchased was surprisingly affordable too. Id definitely recommend you go see Isaac, Sterling, Jordan, Lee and the rest of the crew for a great car buying experience.

Was professional and kind worked for me to get the deal I was looking for and put up with my haggling for 2hrs. didn't try and rush me. Then when we were doing the paper work we took my son out for a spin in a challenger for his birthday. My son talked about it all the way home. Had a great experience and love the truck. I went to Bud's to check out a 2017 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack. Mr Kosch was my sales person. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on the car I was interested in. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. They gave me an excellent deal on my trade in and the financing was a breeze. Overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend going here to purchase a vehicle. I'm now the proud owner of my dream car thanks to Bud's. Great job guys. Keep it up.

My wife bought a used 07 Dodge Ram 2500, we drove over 2 hours from Indiana to go see the truck, they were very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. It was a holiday weekend so couldn't get the banking done until the next week. Buds had the truck delivered at no cost to me to save me hassle. It was very appreciated, truck has been great!

Bud's has a very good salesman in Lee Brooks. He knows the product well. I was very impressed with his knowledge in the vehicles. I had been looking at other dealerships around for a specific type of vehicle, and Lee was the only salesman that was able to answer my questions without having to either tell me he would have to look that up, or ask another salesperson. I highly recommend Bud's if you are looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I went over to this place on Saturday to get some information on the trucks and to maybe test drive one, just to see if this is a direction we wanted to go in, buying dodge. We went into the shop since no one had come outside, yes it was chilly and windy, but I'd seen salesmen out with others, and when we went in, no one.NO ONE greeted us! Everyone we saw was busy, but STILL no one said ANYTHING about it being just a minute, or even acknowledging our presence in the store. We looked at the cars in the showroom for a couple minutes, then we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. As we headed out the door, 2 people, not even sure they worked there, asked us how we doin and told us to have a nice day! Guess they don't really want business as they don't greet till you're headed OUT the door! We've had better service at the BMV!
