We pulled in sales rep came out asked questions about what we were looking for showed us 8to 10 no pressure .now we are very excited to be going camping soon

WARNING!!!!! Disgusted!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PISS POOR BUSINESS PEOPLE.
Bought a 2004 used crossroads fifth wheel at the end of September. Joe Bubnich himself said they would do a complete check of entire unit to be sure everything worked and they would winterize it before we picked it up. They winterized it, BUT!!!!! Now let me tell you about the humiliation my family and I went through along with the most disgusting part of this review. Pulled out of Wisconsin mid November and drove to The Smokey Mountains to a very nice and busy RV park in Pigeon Forge, TN. Mind you, no water or toilet was ever used by me or my family in this camper. So setting up in this beautiful RV park at the base of the Smokey Mountains, go to hook up septic and de-winterize our new used unit because it is 70 degrees and sunny. Open the septic cover and out flows someone else's nasty disgusting feces all over my fiance and myself. Hands, pants, shoes!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! Come to find out they checked over nothing the septic was 2/3 full like the gauge said. Which they told us them gauges are never accurate, and it was empty. The valve to close the septic was broken allowing the sewage to flow out freely. Very humiliating and disgusting! The ignorance does not stop here. They also gave us two lp tanks that are 6 years out of date and can't get filled. (Had to buy two new ones) now that we have been staying in this unit for three weeks now we find it has water damage and leaks. Mind you Joe Bubnich told us this unit has been sitting on their lot for over a year before we bought it. NO excuse for any of these matters to NOT be brought to our attention. I'm sure you get the idea that you should not trust these people or give them any business what so ever. If this man sleeps at night with a clear conscience he will for sure go to hell. When called and told about the septic issues he was the most rude person to my fiance. (She called because she is way more calm than me). She also emailed him and imagine this. NO REPLY. Put a comment on his website. He removed that part of his website. This is who and what you get dealing with Bubnich motors & RV in Tomah Wi. You've been warned be careful so something like this doesn't happen to you.response / report this review -

I purchased a used jayco from an add that they had put on craigslist. Bubnich motors seemed very helpful and nice but if they indeed knew what they were selling me I hope they do not sleep well at night. I thought that I was getting a good deal on what seemed like a very nice 2001 Jayco. I went over everything that I thought looked like it may need work but seemed minor. I brought it home on a wed. went camping with it on Friday. pulled the awning out on sat morning and it boke completely off the trailer. All the wood under the siding is rotten. the entire back wall needs to be taken off and replaced along with flooring and walls up to the back wheels. They told me there had been a leak but it was fixed and no longer leaked. what they didn't tell me was that the fix was a quick cover up on the inside walls and floors. they did not fix what had been rotting away for what I have now been told at least 2 years to get that much rotten wood. when the siding from the back of the trailer was pulled off the wood inside crumbled to pieces. Bubnich motors said that they had just received it in as a trade on a new camper. If they did not know how seriously bad condition this camper was in, they need to start doing a better job at inspecting so that they are not selling lemons to their customers. If they did know and just covered it up. I know that I can not do anything about it as I bought it as is. lesson learned and as I saidI hope they do not sleep well at night with this on their conscience.

Bought an RV sight unseen off their ad on Craigslist (never done anything like that before). I did not know what to expect when I went to pick the RV up. It was exactly as described and was set up indoors because they knew there was a chance of rain. Of course it was raining the entire morning. The guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had purchased a weight distribution hitch and sway control bar before I left to pick up the RV planning on assembling and attaching onsite by myself. Without hesitation they offered to help with both things. They ended up doing 99% of it and made sure it was all correct. I realized I would have been in over my head if I had to do it myself. They saved me 2 hours of pain in the rain! Highly recommend!!!
