  Did business with them last year, and now I’m trying to order a few boxes of extra flooring but they absolutely REFUSE to contact me back. I have emailed 3 times in the past month, and called numerous times. Literally no answer. Horrible business etiquette. They clearly don’t care about the customers once they have their money. Very highly do not recommend!

  Shopped around for a month looking for new flooring. We visited Bryan's on Reno and it was fantastic. Christine initially helped us and came out to measure on a Saturday! The deal we got for carpet and install was great. The installers were prompt and very efficient. I won't go anywhere else now..beautiful job.

  Great place to get hardwood, tile or carpet. Recently built a house and got all three from here. Adam was stellar to work with. Pricing was better than anywhere else for great quality products and installers were great. Highly recommend

  The flooring is good and they did a good job installing it. But because someone else cancelled mine got bumped up and so started the schedule problems. This moved the date they were supposed to do the connections and reattach the baseboards. They never called to cancel but I called when they didn't show. They came the following day but didn't reattach all of the baseboards. I contacted them and they asked about 1 date that didn't work for me and I haven't heard from them since. Its been months and I don't have the time to hound them about it. So use them if you have time to ride someone to do the job you payed for.
