  Went here with some of my friends from work, the lady working behind the counter was disrespectful right off the bat when we had a party of 8 and they wanted us to use a single lane while the place was empty. So the manager comes who is much more developed to actually speak to people and opens us a second lane. About 20 minutes in the second lane kept freezing every other bowl, then the lady at the counter was on us like a hawk and just being down right rude. Saying we are bowling unprofessionally and that's why it was breaking when we did absolutely nothing, it kept freezing. That's it. So she continued to shut off both lanes and not allow us to bowl until we walked up and talked a little sense into her. 30 min later into bowling she's right back over there to kick us out as well as the what I thought was a nice manager saying that we were damaging their equipment(which we respected the equipment to the fullest) and threatens to call the cops if we don't leave. No refund. No nothing. Do not go here the staff are a bunch of wads and the equipment is trash for being a new place. DO NOT GO HERE.

  This place has it all! The renovations are fantastic, it looks great since the remodel! My family came in to bowl and play laser tag, and it made my niece want to have her birthday party at Bowlero a few months later. This is the place to be for a fun time with friendly people!

  Best bowling experience ever!!! Newly remodeled, friendly staff, great food, and fun arcade games. Came in on a Tuesday and they had $2.22 games, which we all thought was awesome!!! We plan to make this an every Tuesday thing for our group. Amazing service!

  The renovations of this location are amazing! Went bowling with family and friends this past weekend and had a blast! The game room is one of the best in the area with all newer games. We saw someone win a PlayStation 4 along with a lot of other great items in their prize store that you can redeem with points you get. The main bar was awesome with all new flat panel TV's showing sports, etc. We ordered a few pizzas and a few beer towers as the kids played in the arcade. Don't forget to check out the awesome Mustang Convertible that's at the entry way! Join the Clubhouse for great offers.

  Bowlero is a fantastic place for kids and adults alike. We went to the location when it was Brunswick Zone and WHAT a facelift it was given! It's really modernized with the upgrades and the name matches the new look.
  With billiards, 2 bars, more than enough lanes, a fire pit for all your friends to sit and chat around, the amazing arcade, great food and tasty drinks, you could spend all day right here and be satisfied in your experience. We never seem to go when its super busy (Friday nights usually) so we always get to play the games we want. Winning arcade prizes is pretty easy with a few tries and the prizes for tickets are actually pretty cool. The staff is always warm and willing to provide any help. The place is always super clean including the bathrooms.
  Other places like Bowlero with a similar setting seem to be less organized, less clean, and the employees seem way less happy to be there which equals those employees being less willing to help when they see an issue.

  This place is excellent for a ladies night out or to take out the kids for the night. The staff was very helpful and the establishment was very tidy.

  A friend had their daughter's birthday party here. The provided party planner kept the kids (ages 7-9) busy and happy. The pizza was delicious and chicken fingers were great. They kept everyones drink full! Very great service! The new look is awesome.

  Too expensive for a regular family activity but the place is cool as all get out. Really nice bowling alley and love the ping pong table! 1 lane only comfortably seats 3 maybe 4 so keep that in mind when reserving lanes. We had a party of 8 and they gave us 1 lane and said that would be enough. We ended up asking our neighbor if we could seat 2 people there. There are two bar stools just outside the lane.

  Excellent atmosphere! Staff is friendly. Great for kids and adults together. Laser tag and arcade are fun. Get a feel for the whole place including pool tables on Sunday nights for $12 a person starting at 8pm
