  From my perspective, the staff is dysfunctional there. Today, I was there for my second visit and walked out after an hour having NOT been seen by a tech or the doctor. They have lost my business. I will not go back. My first visit with my puppy was ok. Except I was not given three items that was part of my puppy package. After my first visit, I called them when I got home to let them know I would pick it up during my second visit. During my second visit today, which I rushed to be there on time at 4:00, I was not helped for 25 minutes. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time and never acknowledged me standing there. After 25 minutes, someone finally asked about my appointment. However, they made a mistake in their system regarding the type of appointment and said they would have to reschedule me. I said "no" and I would wait for the doctor. Then a technician came out and had the audacity to lie to me about calling me after the first visit regarding the 3 items I didn't receive. Nobody called me. I continued to wait until 5:00 before walking out. There was another man who had been waiting for 30 minutes next to me. Anyhow, I called another pet hospital and have an appointment on Saturday.

  People friendly ,
  but I wasn't informed , my dog will be kept whole day. And when I pick my dog she was very stressed( she was without water all day !), had some scratches , and crazy thirsty. My dog is 11 years old i have never had such a horrible experience!!!! And it was expensive , she had some ear infection. But nobody explained to me, why my girl in such horrifying condition??? I am wright this review after 3 weeks, and my girl still have problem with her ear. I am so disappointed, because my fury daughter went through hell. And I am angry with people who did that. It feels like , that vet care only about money. For this kind of bad service i shouldn't pay!!!And my girl too!!! Shame on you, who treat her this way!!

  I have brought several feral kittens & cats to the Bruceville Pet Hosp over the last few yrs. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. They are very compassionate & have gone out of their way to work with me, where cost was concerned. They even found homes for two of the kittens that I brought in. When I have been asked to recommend a good veterinary hosp, I always recommend Bruceville Pet Hosp.

  Thank you very much for squeezing us into the office on Monday. My old boy was suddenly ill and we were extremely worried about him. Thankfully the antibiotics you prescribed seem to be doing the trick. Thanks Again for being there for us. Koko and Carol Lewen

  Dr. Paul is so compassionate and a very good listener, very thorough. All the staff are the same, so caring. Thank you!
