Our house was cold, Andy and his son came right away and fixed the problem. Extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done, doing it and very friendly. Very highly recommended!

Came quickly when our basement was flooded from a storm and setup their pump in no time. Very informative, professional, and understanding with a good price. Might be calling them back soon to help with repairs if needed. As a fellow small business owner, I can definitely recommend based on my experience with these guys.

The workers were very prompt and courteous. Very nice guys. My issue was that I was charged $400 to replace a part that costs $20-$40. More than double the price I should have paid for the labor. Once they fixed the issue I have had no other issues. Just felt they were a bit pricey. UPDATE...Two weeks later we are once again in the cold!!!!!!

Brown's came through in a pinch. We found an issue in a final walk-through the day before closing on a new home. I called Brown"s on Sunday and they had a crew at the property immediately and we were able to close without delay. An expecting mom was very relieved!

Andy Brown returned my message quickly and removed and replaced my Hot water tank the next morning. His employees were fast professional and did a great job. His price was very competitive and made suggestions and gave me options to save money. I will call him when needed and highly recommend them.
