Robert is great. He is the only person wasn't pushy and demands that we need to sign the contract ASAP. We have time to review and ask questions. Once we reviewed and asked our questions, we stopped by the showroom to look over all the windows and doors. He quoted what we requested and not trying to over sell us.
I really appreciate the no pressure of buying immediately.

Great experience from Joe in sales to Renee with install. The installers went out of their way to keep the dust controlled and cleaned as they went. Renee was there to hand hold when needed. Project exceeded expectations, which were high. Always great to have a project completed within the promised time frame and without surprises.

I had a great experience with Broward Impact windows.The staff were professional and courteous.
They promised that i would have my windows and doors by August and they
they kept their promise.
The sales man Ralph explained everything
in detail, he was very thorough professional and patient.
I would recommend anyone to Broward Impact Window & Door.

So happy we chose this company. They were professional, very timely and answered any and all questions. Rene our salesman was top notch and came out to inspect the completed job and make sure we were happy with the product and installation. They were by far the most reasonably priced as well! They hung the blinds and curtains back up and left NO MESS!!! I HIGHLY recommend Broward Impact Windows and doors!!!!

For me, no amount of accolades is enough for this company after the SUPERB job they did in installing my hurricane impact windows and doors. I'm not easily satisfied but they exceeded my expectations with flying colors and left me in awe at their professionalism and quality of work. I dealt extensively with the fantastic Ralph Peña of Sales. He was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I might have had, as well as making recommendations. Also met Sales manager Joe Marshall at the showroom and with his knowledge and calm demeanor was extremely helpful as well. The installers were friendly, punctual, and did the job as neat and tidy as one could have expected. This is a stellar company and one which I would not hesitate in highly recommending.
