  Brooks Appliances is awesome. Always reliable and honest. On time and never upsell when things can be repaired. Great courteous service. Would recommend them for all your needs! Very knowledgeable in all areas.

  One of the ovens in our double oven range stopped working. We called Brooks and they were able to send a technician out the very next day. Evan arrived timely and was incredibly thorough. He took the time needed to troubleshoot the inconsistencies with the oven in order to accurately diagnose the problem. Once he was confident of the resolution, he had the part on hand and we had a working oven again. We'll definitely use Brooks again for any appliance issues.

  Dan did an excellent job. Quick and painless pump replacement in my dishwasher. Answered all my questions. Price was reasonable. Will use again.

  Brooks is the best! Our dryer stopped working so I called Brooks who I used a few years ago with our fridge. They were able to schedule an appointment for me in 3 days. Dan came out today and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He also had all the needed parts with him. I highly recommend Brooks!

  This company was hired by AHS. The Technician did not take the old dryer door with him. He indicated he did not have room in his vehicle to take it with him. I had to call someone to dispose of dryer door and box it came in. I reached out to the company to report my issue and no one called me back or replied to AHS’s email message. I’ve never had a company come out and not dispose of the broken parts.
